VR6OC - GTI International Club Stand
Harrier replied to VR6Pete's topic in Event Announcements & Discussion
Had a good day on the Vr6OC stand today with Pete & co.It was busy enough but not too busy, i enjoyed the new venue with some lovely cars & the drag strip was entertaining too. Must have been at least 20 Corrado's ,one or two i recognised from off here or CCGB.A few pics; Will try pics later as its not letting me right now :( -
The recline motor isn't so bad to get to, un clip the lower part of the cusion & carefully lift it back & you will see the motor, try giving it a tap while operating switch ,Once you know power supply is ok of course.

Don't think Vw ever did anything with the Corrado motorsport related, in that era ,early 90's i remember the Golf rallye & not much else.

Had mine replaced recently & the fitter managed to save the trim.A good screen fitter makes all the difference though as they are tricky. The scuttle trims are difficult to remove as they are stuck down & have clips which will break. The clips are available from VW

Your compression figures are more likely to increase with throttle open (more air going in). I think they are fine
