clumpy1 replied to chaos3oe's topic in Cars for Breaking
Recieved part's mate thank's for the quick response :thumbleft: -
No problem Sean the cream carpet i put in mine needed a good clean but came up really well i can see why you would want to keep the cream carpet as it goes so well with green bodywork and in my opinion brightens the interior you will get there mate :thumbleft:

We have all done it mate at some point in our lives Heart ruling head.If your carpet is knackered i have a black carpet i have just removed from mine the carpet is in really good nick but the plastic heel protector has a couple of gashes in it i would gladly give you it to help you as feel you have been badly stitched up let me know if your interested. James.

Good for you mate at first when i got mine and anything went wrong i would get quite annoyed but now a few month's in someone would have to make me a good offer for me to even contemplate getting rid they have such character.I have noticed when i do drive it the attention it draw's is very pleasing then when people hear the noise from the R32 jaw's tend to fall very pleasing and very exhilarating.

Good you got one heh they all need work mate passenger side wheel bearing on mine decided to be fooked but fortunately i had bought a 5 stud conversion for the BBM G60 i had so thought it would be a straight swap of course nothing to do with this car is straightforward cos it still had the original G60 cv's on it but the 5 stud conversion (came off daves16v old car) came with the cv's too so we just put them on too also noticed there was some movement in the coilover's pretty sure the top mount's are fine may just need a washer or two between top mount and locking nut at least i know now it has vr6 cv's which i believe are stronger all good fun i'm sure you will enjoy yourself improving your's Good Luck. James.
