If you swap in a late motor to an early frame to mate it up correctly you'll have to mod the motor casing like this!! ----> http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?40512-Modding-late-sunroof-motor-to-fit-early-frame&highlight=early+late+sunroof+motor

Seemingly OBSOLETE Solid coolant pipes for VALVERs
colinstubbs replied to colinstubbs's topic in Suppliers Forum
....unfortunately they don't actually have any either....GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Dear colin stubbs, HC AUTOMOTIVE GROUP B.V. just sent you a refund Balls! -
Pioneer units are ace, i got this one http://www.online-caraudio.co.uk/shop/cd-mp3-head-units/pioneer/pioneer-deh-9300sd-sd-usb-mp3-852336.html my only issue was the length of it meant i had to remove the vertical bracket in the dash to get it to fit, i was about 5mm short on space!! It was a chain drill and dremmel job, bit of a bugger but all's well now!! Sounds epic amped up and the SD card is a superb feature

The early valver solid coolant pipes (027121065P) are seemingly obsolete from VW but I've found a Dutch company doing them https://www.hcsale.com/shop/027121065P They work out at € 39,79 incl. tax + € 13,00 shipping at the mo. The 2.0l ones (051121065C) and the 8v ones (037121065B) are available at Volkswagen Classic Parts. Goto http://www.volkswagen-classic-parts.de/shop/ and hit the Sirocco/Corrado link on the left and follow it through Look for Kühlmittelrohr 051121065C 40,98 EUR 037121065B 29,01 EUR Shipping is.....26,00 EUR! plus you've 19% tax on the combined total! :pale: Luckily I could go Dutch!

Mr Lobitos how much for a pair of Conti Premium Contact 2s in 195/50/15 please (with rim protection if possible too) -
No the glove light wasn't the prob - working correctly, well, not shorting, boot fine! Should have posted yesterday, trawling through a Bentley manual which isn't ideal for valvers on everything and realised that the 10 amp fuse should have been a 15a. Seems to have cured the problem but I'll keep an eye on it.
