Richie_FSOB 0 Posted May 12, 2004 If it was mine, it would have to be a stainless exhaust, and a set of aftermarket alloys, 16" or 17" dependant on the ride comfort you want. I'd get a stainless - mine is a powerflow and makes the car sound super meaty, remove the 16v badge from the grill - mine looks better without IMHO and if your rear VW badge is faded and grey then get a spray can of your colour from Volkswagen and colour code it(see below) - I think it looks better and makes the car seem lower somehow! :| 8) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Reminds me of my 2.0 16v *sniff* Just shows that a standard Corrado doesn't exactly need anything doing to it other than a suspension drop to make it look soooo good :) The Estoril wheels are awesome but... if you wanna change the look of it, good aftermarket alloys seem to totally change the appearance of the Corrado. Will probably do the following to the C Stainless Exhaust - nothing to stupid, don't want to turn into a nova/corsa boy :wink: Change the Side Repeaters (on the car when I bought it) for normal clear rectangular ones :!: Debadged grill Colour code rear badge - as suggested by Bojmobile Tint rear light all red for the mo (then some red/clear) Phil K, Lower the front a bit more? Some of the more fortunate folk that haven't had paint done on their Cs can get away with it. I went for it, didn't like what I found so colour keyed them and stuck em back on! Bojmobile 0 Posted May 15, 2004 It really makes the difference - do you have the old bench style rear seats? I have just got rear seats with the armrest and it just looks so much better. Like the reason for this thread - the Corrado is an amazing car in all it's guises but you still always wanna change it a little yourself just to give it that special feel - even little things like colour-coding your rear badge make a difference and give you a lot of pride.
