I thoroughly recommend any of the products sold by John. I've taken advantage of three of his group buys and I'm very pleased with the results.

Does anyone know what this is? The chap who does my mechanical work for me has told me it's throwing up an error on the diagnostic computer intermittantly. Any idea of part number and price would be appreciated.

Any wax should do. I'm using Turtle Wax Extreme stuff at the minute since it's on offer in Halfords.

Like Phat says. Soap and water Shammy Give them a wee coat of wax. It'll not stop the dust collecting, but at least it won't stick and corrode the wheels.

Thanks Andy, Bought the Shield Kit in the end and I'm very pleased with the results. As you say, it gives the car an almost "wet" look! Oooer :wink:

Fitted mine on Sunday. Looking Good, Smoked Black and Flash Red definately go together. I'll post up a pic when time and weather permits. Alignment wasn't perfect though and I'm abit worried about them letting water in. I'll dremel the fixing holes out to give abit more adjustment and see how it goes. 257BHP to be precise SeanoVR. 8) And by god the car's feelin' it. The front shocks were fooked. (fitted new Bilstein Sprint shocks all round) An engine mount's dead (ordered all new ones from Turn2) And I think I've a dodgy wheel bearing. That extra power had a negative effect on the running gear. Still, you can't expect to buy a 9 year old motor and not spend a bit of money on tidying it up. I can only imagine what it went like with the Supercharger on. Must have been well scarey! :shock:

Any interior products you'd like to share with us. The smell of the Shield Wax has intoxicated me :D

Thanks Bally and Cheesy :oops: That's right, Mark now has a VR6 MkII Golf! Had a look at it when I was picking up the Corrado, very nice indeed. 8) 8) Think he's going to be at Inters with it. I have a Reiger Grille for the front of her, but don't know whether to fit it, quite like having a VR6 badge :wink: The options are: 1/ Keep it standard. 2/ Fit it, paint it red to match the car. 3/ Fit it, paint it red along the spoiler bit and black on the slats. What do you guys think??
