Loving the new wheel - and those seats - Mmmmmm What car is the interior light/sunroof switch from? I'd been thinking about going to a black head liner but hadn't even thought about the fact that the light/switch area is grey! lol

Oh that's not good news Toby. I feel really bad - the car genuinely gave me trouble-free, daily motoring up to the point of sale. I wish I was closer to help you out :( May sound a daft suggestion but could it be a vacuum leak - although it would have to be intermittent?
