That rubber paint leaves a good finish

On my Mk2 Golf 16v I previously fitted new standard shocks with Eibach lowering springs. It made a world of difference and was a good balance between lowered, handling and a good ride.

Illuminated gear knob - how cool is that!!! Never seen one of those before!

I'm no G60 expert either but that looks a good one - well worth a look to me. If the mileage is genuine (history to prove?) and the charger doesn't need refurbing any time soon then I think it will be a good buy. The interior I think is ok - the floor mat is faded and maybe the carpet on the tunnel too but that may actually clean up. If the mods float your boat I'd say go and take a look. :thumbleft:

Oh jees that's not good at all - let me know if any of your kits are damaged as they are fully insured. Hopefully they're not. The boxes I was sent with the kits were too large for just one kit - maybe they were stacked on top of, hence the damage? You don't expect that though!

That bulb looks like the one that's behind the centre heater control knob to me.

Well I've now got my Momo wheel and still not fitted! lol I bought the boss in the ebay link I put above and it's crap! I'm a believer in you get what you pay for, but thought well it's a wheel boss, what can go wrong! :-/ Overall the quality doesn't look great, the horn ring sticks out the back of the boss which isn't shown in the main pic but more importantly it doesn't fit!! The splines are right but I think the hole is just too tight. It's about 3-4mm too short of seating on properly; Needless to say it's going back and I've ordered a proper Momo one. I should have done that in the first place. Oh well! Can't wait to get the wheel on - I think it will look great in the C. Pics to follow once it's in! ;)
