No think it’s beyond repair,knowing the fact they are so hard to come by probably didn’t help, thought I’d figured out how to remove the drivers side without bending it but ended up looking like a banana 😂 Does anyone think this will go back on and straighten up or am I kidding myself ?

Took this off tonight,what a nightmare 😂 Double sided tape along the bottom which needed to be heated up and tentatively peeled back whilst trying to cut it from the top with a hacksaw blade 👍🏻

I wondered what happened to the storm,last I remember it was going in for paint,3 years in the body shop,that’s quite some prep work,paint should be like glass 😂

I’m no expert but 3k for all that work sounds like a good price,as with any paint work it’s only until you’ve had the car a few years after the work you really can tell how good a job it’s been,but I’d imagine you’ve done your homework and this persons come highly recommended.Cant wait to see how the paint comes out and looking forward to seeing this on the road.

Hi before I go to the bank and extend my mortgage,just wondered if anyone had a late centre console,the bit with the 2 air vents at the top and the cubby hole at the bottom,a vr6 air filter housing and a late abs light,not getting my hopes up but you never know,it’s not like I’m after some Recaro front seats and Vdo gauges,cheers

Thanks mate,really appreciate that,it does sound really cheap,like you said have to see how they turn out,the kits I’ve been looking at for DIY are about £250,but at those prices it seems hardly worth putting the effort in.
