  1. Thanks to Toad for the fanimold and Supercharged for the delivery service. Cheers guys
  2. You'll need to use the tacho output from the Emerald as the shift light needs the rpm pulse to work, but it should work fine with that. Do you clocks currently work with the Emerald?
  3. No probs matey, cheer! Well, only one left now, before a month wait for the next batch! I'll take the last one if its stil going if not 1st of the new batch please.. Cheers Andy No problem Andy. May be a couple of days wait, as we've run out of crimps for the loom, so need to order them next week. DIY or do you want me to fit it to your clocks? £50 or £65 respectively delivered. (you would need to send me your cluster if you want me to do it)

  5. I have a question regarding bearings. When I rebuild the 2e bottom end, is there any advantage to replace the standard crank bearings with diesel engine crank bearings or are they exactly the same?

    DDI dials

That's the stage I got to, as you'd need a bloody good printer and I'd imagine very opaque ink to do it. I'd imagine it would be better to go to a printing firm and ask them what they could do.

You can get the EL sheets from Farnell, bout half way down the page. I was looking for the stuff a while ago, was going to attempt to do my own gauges....
  22. I've done this on mine, the early switch gear are a little narrower than the late, but do fit, albiet a bit wibbly. Heater controls are different yes, and also the cubby hole at the bottom of the centre console is deeper, so you need the bracket that hold the bottom of the dash in place from the late donor vehicle too.
  23. Another one to the fold :afro: Are they just polished lips or a different finish?
  24. They tried to right it off for that? You've got to be kidding??
  25. Cash in hand (no receipt) or 'foreigner'
