  6. :( well looks like i have missed out on the car, if the buyer pulls out (cant see that happening) then i'm next in line i hope. b***s
  7. well i hope so http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.p ... pic=316084
  8. you see sometimes i know what i'm talking about :) especially when i have done it.
  9. i mentioned that to get the manifold to clear properly you need to modify the rear engine mount about 16 months ago, it also makes the engine sit level so causing less strain on the driveshafts. you may knock the way the manifold sits in a corrado, but you cannot knock the after sales help you get from pete at dubpower.
  10. if you dont/havent used a lead removal tool you may end up ripping the leads from out of a plug or two, get the tool before you start the job.
  11. coming together very nicely, surprised to read that the CR was not lowered though :? , it was the best time to do it and if you ever decide to up the psi on the charger you will have to do it, just seems strange to me that when it was all apart it was not done?? not saying that dave and graham gave it good consideration when they were doing the install, as they have not missed anything and done a great job.
  12. whatt about H&R's these are supposed to be very very good http://www.venommotorsport.com/manufact ... el=Corrado
  13. cant believe i'm about to type the word Vauxhall :censored: but seriously have a go in one of these http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p bloke i knew bought one and got it re-mapped to 280bhp and 275lb, it bloody flew being so light.
  14. its a vr6 turbo, so let it shout :) have a word with a local custom exhaust manufaturer and ask them about fitting a resonated silencer somewhere along the system, that would help i would have thought, and loads cheaper than a sports cat.
  15. yeh i have both also, and some supernatural, but still rate the collinite
  16. there was a guy on here JIMMI from up north who started doing the same conversion but not sure if he finished it though?? i can see this conversion being more popular than the r32 conversion soon.
  17. what mk3?? all i can see is a white (very clean corrado) and a very clean looking red mk2 golf.
  18. lime prime is great, not rating the dodo juice wax's for durability though.
  19. oh how things have changed from when you had your zetec fiesta, and was looking for a corrado :) must pop down soon and get a drive in the car mate.
  20. this may help vmaxx are c**p d2 racing are not well known in this country but do get some good reviews abroad spax are good if your roads are very very smooth, as they are very firm ap are a budget coilover but they are not bad at all weitec gt's are good but not the best they do. kw v1's are the best from what you have spoken about, but the v1's are only height adjustable for the price/slightly cheaper you could get some weitec tx's that are both height and rebound adjustable, i had these on my corrado and they were just about perfect for everyday use. But if you were gonna take it on a track then you can easilly adjust the rebound. karl

    Rear ARB

give g-werkes a bell as they normally stock the weitec and kw ARB's all the time, and 2.5" is fine for a NA vr6, if in the futre your thinking turbo then 3" is the way forward. karl
  25. just a quick vid of my newish torqueflow exhaust but its not going to sound like that for long as a vortech V1 was purchased today  should be good for about 450bhp :)
