dont want to sell it but just missing the vw roundel in my life :D been offered a mk4 golf v6 4motion thats been fettled under the bonnet with a gt35 etc etc, its running 425bhp and goes like stink but 100% driveable around town. but then i,m also tempted in a mk5 golf gti, with a couple of grand thrown at it it would be circa 400bhp and more modern. thoughts guys karl

-
strange it had arp rod bolts in there, but hey i did tell you it had a re-build not long ago and that just cements my comments. getting there mate.

-
bet one of these would look well cool on the R http://www.aktivperformanceparts.co.uk/ ... 383228.htm and here is a stainless exhaust for sale http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1687015.htm

didn't stay standard for long eh Shaun :) but like the corrado they are all tastefull mods that suit the car down to the ground. oh yeh when you fit the coilovers drop me a pm mate, i will probably have your standard suspension.
-
as rob said the mechanical side is very easy, it literally just drops onto the vr mounts so thats easy, you can easily just use one spal 11" fan. then comes the wiring issues but going to SWICT is a good move, as you wont end up in the same situation i did :censored: and yeh the sigma is a great alarm, i will post the spec later for you as for price say £75 inc postage. karl
-
good luck with the conversion, you will need it. on another note i will have a fully operational sigma m30 alsrm for sale soon, its got both the alarm fobs included. karl

i have a front subframe in very good condition £50 inc postage if anyone wants it.

i hope the missus appreciates our help then

if you take out the headlight switch you can feel it resting on the dashboard, its kinda between the headlight switch and the actual rear spolier switch, its about the size of a fag packet. easy to get to if you take either the clocks out, or the lower dashboard panel off.
-
oh i do, and it broke my heart breaking this one :( i will get another one soon i hope.
-
i saw the thread title and was wondering if you were asking the girls/ladys/women off this forum to get there racks out  , sounded ok until i thought that Toad might join in :pukeright:
-
what brakes you upgrading to, as this is a massive deciding factor.
-
15 years for owning a corrado, is that a record??? i would rather see my missus walk down the road than see your car drive away if it was mine  i hope the r32 becomes a 1/4 of the car the corrado was/is. karl

yeh the sump is low mate, but with even doing the gearbox mount it raises the one side of the sump by about 10mm, and flattens it out nicely, you can raise the front mount by 15mm max then it hits the bonnet though. must pop down to yours sometime mate so i can see what i never had the chance to drive.
-
this is an easy one, if you are using the standard vr6 gearbox mount the r32 engine does sit at an angle so making it touch the exhaust tunnel like what your is sam, either get pete from dubpower to come down and fix it for you (which he will) or make an adapting plate that sits on the gearbox mounting plate which will lift the engine slightly so it sits level, this will then make the manifold not hit on the tunnel. karl

dodo purple haze (the hard one) is great on dark coloured cars, miles better than megs/collinite/autoglym
