    Couldn't be arsed washing my car last weekend. Also not bought any Lupo wipers yet, so decided to fit my headlight loom instead. Makes an amazing difference... Still can't see where I'm going like, but everything's bright as feck! 8) (Ta Gav)

    Pulled in to fill up Tuesday night, right behind a luverrly dark colour Vr. N***XUY Cream leather interior (weren't they green Storm only?) and nice 17's. Bloke came out of the building saying "Nice car, mate". Yeah: Ditto! Turns out he's also from the land of Sunny Skem. Other end from me, but still never seen him round. Forgot to tell him about the forum, too. D'oh! :oops:

    Dark blue Rado spotted on the road out of Ambleside today, with one of them lady types behing the wheel. Waves exchanged: Nice. Then, 30 seconds later, got flashed and waved by some dude in a white G reg mk2 GTi, who did the very same thing on the very same road this very time last year! Waved back (again) and had a touch of the Groundhogs! I go to Ambleside about 3 times a year, but what are the odds on that? :scratch:

    Spotted a red Corrado with private reg TIW *** Saturday afternoon on some road out the back of Wigan. Driver looked confused as I waved, but returned the hello. :)

    Dark blue Rado with silver grille badge, on the opposite carriageway of the M57 today. Tried to get a wave out, but with a closing speed getting on for 200mph I was a bit slow :lol: Edit: Hey, When did we get the new smilies?? :lcop:

I'm sure you either already knew, or have since been told that your car is the one on page 68 of Ian Kuah's VW Power & Style book. Dunno where Ross on Wye is without getting an atlas out, but surely you can get there and re-create that cool pic? 8) Edit: [brainwave] We should sort out a mass "Show some love" photo opportunity at Pendine :!: :lol:

    Pesky Corrados are like buses. None for weeks, then 2 in as many hours. Dark blue Rado, badgeless grille, bold typeface number plate in Wigan ASDA yesterday. Gave a nod but just got gawped back at. Then 20 yards from my front door a green VR rolled past. Lady driver and spoiler very much up. I was on foot so just did the gawp thing myself. :wink: Anyone?
