Private road I take it?

Contact John Mitchell on 07974 020031. He's a Milltek supplier and might have one knocking about. :) The old non-silenced ones in my opinion are awful - just so noisy and boomy.

I had a similar thing in Antigua! Ascension's pretty amazing though as no-one really lives there do they? The only thing I know is that's where the Vulcan raid on Stanley Airfield during the Falklands was launched from!

Where are you based? -
I wonder if it actually drives well?

Ah, that'll explain it then. Cheers Andy

I had a go on the Corrado's bonnet at the weekend and it got pretty much all the spider webs out and the difference it made once I'd applied a layer of Swissol was amazing. It took 3 go's though - is the VW lacquer especially tough? The Suzuki only needed one quick go and it was done?

Tidy bodywork! wheels are a bit modern looking for me though :)

Absolutely love the pics and decoration. Congrats too! I'm getting married in November and plan to do exactly the same thing with my rado! -
Let's not forget the Chinese building a new coal fired power station every 4 seconds

Personally I'd stick with an OE paper filter. Much better filtration and cost peanuts.

I'm loving that. Old, simple, retro and a bit different. Only enthusiasts will 'get' that car. I particularly enjoy the decals 8) -
What can I use a pair of alloys for that nobody wants?

Some track day person will snap these up. I'd stick 'em on ebay or PH. -
It's still a bl00dy Vauxhall. And a white one with white wheels too. Reminds me of my Mum's old D reg XR3i convertible!

:( The biggest difference was made to the Suzuki Jimny and I didn't think you lot would want to see a load of pictures of a Japanese biscuit tin!

I was finally brave enough to have a go at removing some hedgerow scrapage from a friends' girlfriend

I removed the number plate light cover on the bootlid, sanded it back, removed the dead metal, primed it, painted and then lacquered it.

I agree completely. I think it goes back to the problem of cars which are cheap to buy but can bite you in the wallet if you're not careful. Rados fall firmly into that category. In the general scheme of things they're cheap as chips. My mate clipped the plastic splitter on his GT3 coming off the ferry a few weeks ago (a part which Porsche make to be ‘disposable’) £200 please. And tyres. I recently put 4 Contis on my VR for £320. You’ll only get one for that price on most modern Porsches!

Doing tiny mileages like that is going to make any car sad. It

Looks superb. I would have loved a silver one but they're like hen's teeth. Top motor!

I think it had a cat fitted which sapped a few ponies.

Mine does this. My other half's old MX5 did it and so did my old 200SX. It never seemed to be a problem. EDIT: Thinking about it it

I went out for my first proper drive with HIDs last night - Jct 23 of the M25 back home to Kent. Mostly motorway with some narrow lanes on the last stretch
