I think it was just a marketing ploy for the yanks. SLC stands for Sports Luxery Coupe or something like that.

VR6 by far, but things start getting different when u start modding the G60 but then again whack a supercharger or turbo to a VR6 and I dont think any G60s will be bothering you again! :twisted:

I've heard that said before but I don't see why really - similar engine, similar weight. What makes the Golf more partial to a drop of unleaded than the Corrado? Less streamlined? Isn't the corrado vr lighter than the golf vr?

My mate would love you, he really wants one of those! p.s. cool avatar! 8) I love them, ever since I heard one being floored past me I swore to myself I would one day get one! The handling might not be up to Corrado standards but it's the styling and the sound of that 5-pot that does it for me 8) p.s. shhh about the avatar, the mods might spot it!

I've been listening to the new Jazzanova Remixes 2002-2005 album, if anyone likes electronica mixed with south american/latin drums, 70s funk and chilled out jazz...get it! I always have all my incubus albums in the glovebox too (they never get taken out!)

Have you used RHD or LHD lenses or am I right in believing RHD lenses arent avaliable :?
