i'm happy with my g60, it has power where i need it: 50-100 for overtaking on 'A' roads. had a 1.8 16v before, it was slower than a week in jail. 2.0 16v is supposed to be similar. price wise i'd say you should expect to pay- 1.8 16v: £1k-2.5k 2.0 16v: £1.5k-3k G60: £2k-4K VR6: £3k-6k - not incl storms which can be silly money!

always wave at rado's and just started taking to waving at caddy's. got the big thumbs up from a guy in a battered white caddy in cirencester the other day.. when i finally caught up! it was flat out, dunno what engine it had, but certainly not standard! golfs polos etc never seem to wave back. -

my sentances seem to start 'well on the forum last night..' or 'someone on the forum..' I know i get stick for it and people won't understand, but i don't get how one of my best mates has a minter of a 16v and has never posted on here. different strokes i guess.

Twas me! we'd met at MK meet & CCGB AGM, wanted to point at stuff and get answers! i find it easier to be shown stuff then work it out from something written on a forum. Mrs wanted to get food and look at stuff for her golf, when we got back you'd gone. Mk1 scirocco storm with bahn bremner charger was parked up instead! I'll look out for you again at next meet/show. I used to be involved in the uk *legal* :thumb right: graffiti scene. There was a thing a while back where the police made loads of arrests, based on isdn's of users saying on graf forums that they've painted this train or that wall etc.. the amount of pics, paint, sketches and forum comments were enough to send a few good writers down. -
