^^ Interesting post, i've never heard of that before

Looks really nice mate, and MUCH better on the 15's, the bottom pic in your first post says it all - it looks perfect on them, allthough they could be a bit wider.I expect it handles/drives better with them on too? IMO 15x7.5 are perfect for rados, yours will be 6.5's if I remember correctly

It'll be Sherry pearl by the looks of it mate, 'red hot chilli' was never on the options list!

Surly there's no way that you can just walk onto someones private land and take their car  - no matter how long it's been sat. If it was on public land and wasn't tax'd then yes, you can claim them. Oh, and i'm not sure why this is in here(members galleries)? no-ones bought it yet! Moved  -
I cant remember if you can close the tilt part of the sunroof manualy, but it's worth a try - if you remove the switch/interior light unit you'll find an alan key on the sunroof motor - try it and see if it'll close the roof. If the motor's not making any noise, you could be lucky in that all it'll need is a new switch? Oh, and cheers for the compliment about the car!

DOes it make a noise at all when you press the button?

It gotta be either that, or terrorism/Bin laden.

Anyone else noticed how many rados are appearing in the for sale section each day? I seem to be constantly moving cars for sale from the mod queue, and i'm certainly not locking many threads due to sales at the moment. I can safely say that the market is more saturated at the moment than it ever has been while i've been into them, which is a good few years now. It seems that every time I come online there's a couple of nice rados for sale waiting to be approved. I can only think that fuel prices have really made an impact. I suppose if you think of it logicaly, on the whole the people that aren't worried about MPG and the cost of fuel aren't the same type of people that want a 12 year old (minimum) car  - those who can afford to pay these ridiculous fuel prices want newer more expensive cars not 90's VW coupes, so that's pushing rado prices down further and further

I rang my mate last night but got no answer sorry Dave, I can try again later if you still need a pic?

As far as I can tell, the car's on private property? -
Ive got a mate up the road with a lhd g60 (91) dave, if no-one else here has a pic ill try and pop up there later and take one for you.
-
Agreed, its not a chavmobile thats been tarted up for weekend cruises at Mcdonalds, its a drag racing car. Anyhow, there's a few threads on here about it (try searching for spencer tramm) so i'll lock this one up.
-
Personaly I wouldn't worry about lining someones pocket - if the car in question is a good one and is at a price you think is fair you'd be cutting your nose off to spite your face by not buying it just because the guys trading
-
How do you know that this is the same car that oli1vw is going to see mate?
-
Because the MK4 calipers have different connections.

Hi mate, you'll find that alot of subjects have been covered before if you use the search - there's masses of information on here :) Bumpstrips are just stuck on so usually come off fairly easily with a bit of heat (perhaps a hairdryer) and a scraper. Get some tar and glue remover for getting the residue thats left off. Beware though, alot of rados have had paint and removing the bumpstrips can reveal hidden nasties.
-
Yeah, you need a goodridge hose conversion kit though
-
Aqua Blue Pearl mate, like my old one below? I miss her tbh  Paint codes LC5U So, are you gonna need a name change to Aqua?

Yep, I know exactly how that feels mate! I had the same thing at a spot on top of a cliff overlooking a beach - I popped off for a 'cigarette' with my mate and wife and was interupted 5 mins later by some guy asking If it was my Corrado that had rolled backwards down the cliff and was literaly stopped by an inch as it just caught the corner of his bumper  - If it hadn't have been stopped by that guys car it would have rolled off the cliff and landed on Jamie Olivers 'fifteen' resturaunt and could have killed alot of people  I was parked on this spot but facing uphill Needless to say, in the 18 months since it happened i've never left a car out of gear!

No need to appologise mate! To be honest, the questions you've asked aren't really Corrado specific - more about air-ride in general so you might find that you get alot more replies/info on E38 as its more poplular on there so more people will have experience of it :)

Dude, If you think that's increadibly foggy you should try driving across Bodmin moor when there's a sea mist in the air! :) Nice pics though!
