  1. Will do mate. As you've put a wanted advert up, i'll lock this thread - and move it to the supliers forum
  2. I've got a spare one mate, I was gonna put it on ebay.
  3. The only member that had Air-ride on here that I know of was JBOB who sold his rado a year or two ago. As far as I know there's no-one else on here with it.
  4. Wow that looks awesome  To think of how it was when I picked it up - I think everyone whos owned it since has sunk a good few quid into it so its been treated well  it's fantastic to see it in such good hands mate 8)
  5. I'm sure you'll be able to find somewhere relitavely close to you mate, my geography isn't great but isn't Derby fairly close to Stealth? (midlands)
  6. That'll be a potatoshop, unfortunately
  7. Wierd, I bought my audi about 14 months ago but according to that site the last change of user was in 2005
  8. No, but its looking like you're gonna take the 'most comical build title of the year' award though  'project plum'
  9. But you do however hold the 'Internet Moderator of The Year' global award for most locked threads in 2006,2007 and you're doing well so far in this years comp 8)
  10. Vr6 is probebly younger than you mr monkey, he just likes to act like Victor Meldroom (sp?) :awesome:
  11. I think it'd be entirely up to you! :) allthough I would wonder why you'd pay a premium for a storm only to change it's originality when you could buy the same spec VR6 for less and do what you want to it - also, like Andy says - changing interior colour on a Storm will de-value it where-as if you put a set of leather recaro seats in any other VR6 it will add value.
  12. Hehe nice one, good to see another having a bit of a tart up. When I first saw it I thought i'd seen it somewhere before and then I clicked that the numberplate was nearly the same as my old G40 (that I mentioned on here earlier today too! )

    Fuel Gauge stuck!

Hi mate, it's allways worth using the search - you'll find that nine times out of ten someone on here's had the same problem at some point and has found a resolution.. There's a few suggestions in the thread below that may help... http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewto ... on#p712611
  14. If it was bought recently then surly its value isn't far off what was paid for it?
  15. I've no idea what the deal was with the 2 different G60 wheels sorry mate, all my info just comes from owning too many cars  I haven't owned a 1991 rado so can't say which of the wheels you should have - allthough my guess would be that only the very latest G60's (Late J&K reg) came with the 3 spoke leather wheel so oringinaly the ugliest (IMO) of the wheels would have been in your car - Yandards or someone else with ETKA etc is probebly your best bet
  16. The G40 wheel is the same as the later valver wheel, which is the same as the 3 spoke G60 wheel but it has the silver strip and isn't leather... I've had far too many VWs
  17. It would be good to know the mileage, that could have some baring on the value of the car. Obviously if it's got very low mileage that could make it worth a bit more (obviously low mileage wouldn't mean that the car needs any less spent on it to bring it back to its fromer glory though!)
  18. Yeah, they're much nicer than the other option - I really like them.
  19. Here's some pics , all from my various 1992 G60's showing the two options..
  20. It's hard to tell from the pic mate but that looks like the later G60 one as long as it's leather... Valvers had the same type of wheel but they weren't leather and they had a silver plastic strip under the VW sign instead of the black one. G40's also came with the same wheel as the valvers..
  21. Need for what mate? Do you mean you have a G60 and you're gonna fit a VR6 engine? or just that you can take any bits from the VR6 car that may come in handy in the future?
  22. It actually had a Jabba ported head and jabba chip/pulley charger when I bought it  - it was a cheap car but it needed a few quid spent on it. Mondy off here now has it and is having it painted and sticking a new engine in 8) I sent the charger to G-werks for a rebuild but it was in good condition having survived a good 25k since the rebuild - and it went pretty well too tbh.
