  1. general car chat for this............seeing as you don't actually own this fine example
  2. in fact thats under-inflated according to VW
  3. not officially......but there's always the chance there might be 1 or 2 kicking about...........if there was a L-reg 1.8 16v then 99.9% it will have the early interior
  4. better delete the "wall" j-peg.....otherwise we'll have Dr-mat moaning about "proof" of how unreliable the C is  :-P
  5. Euro-car-parts do some pretty decent carpet mats for the C for £25+VAT +PnP............i previously had a set of the VW ones and the Euro-car-parts ones seem to be as good if not better than them
  6. pity the pic is of a 1.8 16v not the 2.0 16v they recommend  IIRC the 2.0 16v in the C is the Audi 16v........whereas the 2.0 16v found in the mk3 Golf GTI 16v is the ABF VW Engine
  7. general car chat for this rather than problems
  8. getting spookily more like mine every time u take new pics of it
  9. its a pity the running/repair costs will be supercar prices tho
  10. but bear in mind too that vr hubs will still have a different PCD to all Porsche and some audi rims........so really if eg u wanted porker rims on even with the vr hubs in place you will still need hub adapters........so most cost effective and easiest way is to just buy some 4-5stud adapters
  11. hmmmmm unimpressive and blackberry don't really go when your speaking about C's

  18. pretty close.............u are entitled to have it repaired at any approved (by whatever make the car is) bodyshop................
  19. tbh the 944 S isnt all that much faster than the standard 944lux in real world terms......ive driven both and tbh........i would save the expense and just go for a 8v 944 especially the 1 year only 2.7........also the 16v engine in the 944 S is pretty expensive to repair from what i hear
  20. there aint such a model as a S1 in the 944 range as such........the model line up is 944 lux........2.5l 163bhp 8v 82-88 944 lux........2.5l 165bhp 8v 88-89 944 S..........2.5l 190bhp 16v 86-89 944 S2........3.0l 211bhp 16v 89-92 944 turbo....2.5l 220bhp 85-88 and 250bhp 88>
