thats what i thought originally but i think its the angle the pic(s) have been taken that makes them look elongated
-
then again going by this website's http://www.cottingham.co.uk/macf1/index2.htm pics it seems all Mclaren F1's had the C's mirror tho some do look a bit funny looking then again probably a different angle that the pics have been taken at
-
:D :D :D :-P :-P :-P    luverly dubberly
-
pretty sure its only the Mclaren F1 GTR that uses the Corrado mirrors tbh........the "standard" Mclaren i think uses a very similar design to the C ones
-
on the later 2.0 16v's and 8v's the rear centre armrest became an optional extra tho it was standard on ALL UK-market VR6's,G60's and of course 1.8 16v's

AFAIK the price per side for the heat-pads is about £50-ish

well after being a totally commited Ford man.....escort1300's,XR3i and Sierra XR4i i got into german coupes over 10 years ago 1993 to be exact and went through Porsches(924lux,924S and 944 turbo) til i got bit badly for something stupid on the 944 turbo...A/C compressor clutch at a bill of over £400 :x   .......after a very brief flirtation with a mercedes 190e auto(3 months to be exact)i bought a hi-mile but FSH'd Audi UR-quattro which i loved but the future missus heard horror stories about maintenance of them etc so sold up to keep her happy  .......eventually ending up with a brand new Ford Ka in 1997(great handling wee motors btw)then after a couple of years smoking about in that the missus let me go for something german and expensive :-P .....looked at a low-mile N-plate 2.0 8v at the local VW dealer in early 99 but A) it was sold B) they wanted £13,500 for it    and C) i would be hankering after more power  ...............so walked across the road and spotted a pretty nice BMW 318ti sport-pack.......bought that but always hankered after a C,looked at a few in the next year or so,inc a 42k mile 95N VR,50k mile 95N 2.0 16v,a 56k mile 95M storm, even a 22k mile 96N 2.0 8v auto.........then after 2 1/2 years BMW ownership (about the summer of 2001) set a budget of up to £11k-ish and got feelers out for a mystic blue storm............even considered getting a brand-new BMW mini cooper but thankfully realised early-on(this was just prior to the MINI being launched btw  that they would be common as A******* anyway nothing was coming my way so just happened to glance through the autotrader and a low mile classic green storm for sale at a newly opened lexus dealership in edinburgh drew my attention........a phone call later had me heading 125+miles down just to have a look........2 weeks later and about £10,500 lighter i had my then 38k mile FVWSH'd 1 previous owner classic green storm.........never once regretted it and have no intention whatsoever of selling
-
then again ford do/did have 4 2.8+ litre capacity V6 engines in their model range from 1990-2000+.......not to mention the smaller cologne 2.4i V6 and 2.5i 24v duratec V6 and IIRC the probe utilises a mazda V6 Cologne 2.9i 12v...............sierra GLS 4x4(,Xr4x4,Ghia estate(88-93),Granada Ghia,Ghia X,Scorpio(87-94),Scorpio (94-99) Cosworth 2.9i 24v............Granada Scorpio 24v(91-94)Scorpio(94-99) VW 2.8 VR........................Galaxy V6(95-present?)
-
well not in the uk.......UK-market 1.8 16v's came as standard with 185/55 Vr 15 on sebrings
-
he bought a set of later fogs and indicators
-
A/C is all very nice when it works but like other mechanical bits it also needs maintained......which unless you've had A/C on the car since new or know who had the car before and knew that they had kept "on-top of it" maintanence-wise to me its just another thing to go wrong(usually expensively    )......i know ive been bitten by A/C before    .......like paying £400-ish to have a compressor clutch replace on my 944 turbo
-
i'm sorry struan but thats crap...........just look at the interior of the campaign.......early interior.....the K-plated VR that i was in when Pau1 whipped its ass in yer C before you had it also had the early interior.......the one's you have seen i would say are 99.9% sure to have had the later interior retro-fitted to them........the exterior facelift was for the start of VR production which was post Aug/sept 1991 in germany....so 92M/y therefore a few G60's made in 92 up to the 93M/Y(august 92)will have the later exterior trimmings
-
dont do it.........you'll only regret it.....just ask Jim16vG60
-
ahem....neither did i
-
well to be honest jim.......most places actually charge the caterers for their pitch so they bump up their price to try and offset this.......ok they still make quite a huge profit but at the same time they still have to fork out quite an unreasonable sum to make it
-
......i'll fight you..............Dr No...vocal chords
-
if you can and of course if you are going........try and wait til Inters......that way you should pick up suspension kits a bit cheaper than normal.......i scored last year with my Koni coilovers........not cheap at £650 but still better than the £700 best price at the time
-
       Cashback!
-
yip i would agree with VR6.....best check your oil level 1st.....tho more than likely it will be the switch thats the culprit
-
still won't stop yer paper boy nicking yer valve caps tho   .......seriously tho ive heard good reports about the McGard wheel-locks........and surprisingly with a name like that they seemingly are sourced from germany
-
you weren't the only one either Joe

i think there's a place in the edinburgh area but cant mind the name of it...............tho if u ask JohnJ from the forum i'm sure he had his interior done North of the border........but tbh if you travel a bit further you then have access to the skills and expertise of such well-respected trimmers such as MJ-interiors and DB-cartrim in shipley nr bradford and blackpool respectively.......dunno about DB but MJ does do a reasonably quick turn-around
-
 hell yeah :-P ........but c'mon i wasnt a million miles away tho :-P
