I find that once a cat has been used a couple of times they go limp and dont struggle as much. ********SORRY*********
-
Do you ask you mum what clothes to wear when you go out? No? me either, the thing is it is all about personal choices. the question you have asked is such an expansive one that it might not get answered to the level you are wanting. The thing about the little subtle mods that people do are just that, subtle. so they dont shout about them. Have a gander at peoples cars in the galleries and come to your own conclusions dude.

He has a point Mr therapor. But you will have to be more specific. do you want to up the power or make her easy on the eye?
-
How about traction control? :) I hear the feds over in Austria dont like burnouts?
-
Nope, was a work car, If they had have got me in the C then things might have been much worse. Cant seem to control my right foot when driving the C. How can they get away with 33 in a 30? doesn't seem right when 10% is the allowance for spedo inaccuracy.
-
Its not the sp30 but the hassle of 60 quid and explaining to the boss why I was speeding with a customer onboard. Its a pride thing. The speed camera debate has been done to death but somehow I mind more being got by a machine than a proper plodd.

Deffo a couble flash and it was going up a hill so the engine was powering to keep up to 80. Hmm Im hoping it was just a rogue flash but Will keep ya posted.

Clear part of M25 between A3 and M4 Flashed by one of the gantry cameras. I Would say Fair cop But am confused as to why it flashed. I had the cruise control set to 80 which om my tomtom is 77, and I had been like that for 20 mins through all the other cameras and I do this almost daily and have never been flashed before. Im guessing the camera was still set to a lower speed as is in the variable speed section of M25. Wait and see I spose. But its my first flash after 10 years driving so am a bit pi$$ed off with myself.

Blue in the middle. 8) Red lookd a bit seedy like you are selling things you shouldnt be.

Good stuff Jim. One by one the mods are all returning to Rados.

Be interesting to see if it would be any higher on the stealth rollers. Seems to me they read higher than other ones.

People Running Front Solid Engine Mounts Please read....
ZippyVR6 replied to Shaggy's topic in Engine Bay
Im with Mike on this one, starting a witchhunt does no good to anyone, But as the Dr said. solid mounts cant be good as they transfer any stress to a place that wasn't designed to take it. -
it actually says "no war, peas" thats the same piece of wall that was mentioned on top gear where it also says "why do i do this every day" which really isnt what you want to see when your in the middle of a traffic jam commuting into london  . you also seem to see a lot of single shoes at the side of the road but never a pair? The "Why do I do this everyday" is on the M40 just before M25. The one I on about does just say PEAS.
-
Nowt wrong with a Zippy air freshener.
-
Anyone seen any wierd stuff by the side of the road? I would like to know why the Word "PEAS" is written on the bridge over the M25 by Rickmansworth.

 Shirly and Ruby, Top of the class.

RANTY Rant Rant, continued. Had a letter from Privelige today, Dear sir, yada yada yada, We noticed that on your last insurance policy with elephant (who we own) you had non standard alloys, As you have not disclosed that to us we are going to charge you 160 nicker in 2 days time. Well I went balistic down the phone. Im usually very good with call centre people as have had experience of being screamed at downt he phone myself. But this poor lass got it with both barrels. How dare they? They didn't even ask if the wheels were still on the car (which they are not). Just a nice letter and a F You. after rather a long wait where I gather the call was being replayed to a manager  , she came back on the line and confirmed that the cars wheels were the same as came on when it left the factory. "we will believe you sir and take your word for it. However there is a problem with an undisclosed accident." At this point I went Nuts. the accident in question was outside of the 3 years history that they ask for,They are able to veiw this from Elephants files and she had got her maths wrong. :so therefore will not affect the policy sir and We are very sorry to have bothered you. Yes you can have that in writing, and please have a nice day, can I help you with anything else." GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Callcenters and plebs. Life would be so much simpler if they were all moved to Chernobyl.

Yeah yeah, :) More like, I might have eaten too much Burger King at No-Rice, Added weight and all that.

I can testify to this. We were 3 abreast in a ton 30 rolling roadblock, That Ruby is a monster. From hammer down at 60 or so to about 130 there wasn't much in it.
