I didn't think there was such a thing as an early VR. The facelift came as the VRs were introduced, Mine is a Kplate and has late spec. so I am basing my comment purely on the fact that Ive never seen an earlier VR than K plate.

Home from work early, ie still light so went out for a hack round some country lanes. all of a sudden there is something hot on my leg and the car is filling up with steam  there appears to be a glitch in the mainframe. pulled over and the carpets are sodden so the matrix has finaly gone. Mr AA man came and sorted out the bypass at the side of teh road and now Ive got to do some serious homework about replacing the bloody thing. Still at least it is summer so the car will dry out and its not too urgent.

Neil man. I think it is ace the way you just have a go at anything. Some on here seem to ask a million questions then do nowt about it. but you just get on with things and dare I say it make a damn fine job in the end. That boot install went from being a bit shakey (IMO) to a profesional looking install and that is quite a turnaround on some mucky looking wheels. Top Bombing.

friend of mine has a clio 172. Hmmm, good luck. you will need it through the twistys but the longer sections should redeem you. -

What is it with people who can't f***in' indicate??
ZippyVR6 replied to JMC's topic in General Car Chat
had one infront of me today on the M4 indicating the wrong way. ie left signal and overtake. Must have been a hire car and foriegn driver but still. could have caused a right old pile up. -
looks good, are you happy with it?
