You wont need fogs and dipped on to see when you uprate your loom, as full beam will be twice as bright nearly!

It dont look far off body colour anyway, well in the photo anyway!
-
Dont think a twin inlet will make a lot of difference tbh, I remember it being dicussed before also!
-
If your happy with it, get a new engine, for the grand you'd lose I'm sure you could get a recon one fitted with money left over! Selling it just because the engine is knackered is silly, because it will devalue it more than it will cost to get fixed.

That aint gonna slow a rich man down tho is it! I think you can lose your license here for doing more than 30mph over the limit, could be wrong tho!
-
Simple job, just dont smoke while your doing it!
-
Yeah I guess so, since if your rubber shoe soles didnt conduct electricity to ground, you could quite happily stick your tongue in a mains socket :) Cant quite see static killing you tho :?

front wishbone front bolt N 904 840 03 front wishbone rear bolt N 102 078 03

Power steering belt slipping, maybe it just needs tightening, easy job on a g60, from underneath, just have too loosen a 13mm bolt and tighten the tensioner 13mm bolt!
-
Try replugging the abs connections on the suspension towers under the bonnet, worked for me anyway :)
-
No point just replacing the plate, just get the kit with pressure plate and release bearing too!
-
I was followed the other day by one of those ba$stards in an unmarked vectra with video camera :lcop: Feking knew it looked dodgy too, clocked me at 68 in a 50 and 91 in a 70, let me off the 91 and gimme £60 and 3 point for the other :(

You say oil will be in the water, and vice-versa, which isnt true, I've had a head gasket blow between 2 cylinders, oil was leaking out of the head, but there was no water or oil contamination!
-
Gives you a nice smell of petrol under the bonnet :|
-
Maybe its just plain fecked!
-
Me too, makes the mpg show about 16 also, after 10 miles or so :)
-
Doesnt sound healthy mate, dare I say headgasket :|

Hmmmm, problem with that reasoning is that instead of just the bonnet recieving the power from a live wire touching it the whole car would instead. One thought I had about it before was that it was to shield the ecu from a potential static build up, which would not be good, I'd replace it on mine only I never really think of it. Well no, it would blow a fuse, or melt the wire, its the same reason metal cases of mains electrical things are earthed, if they wernt earthed a fault could make the whole case could become live, not good! We all know static builds up in cars sometimes anyway, the chassis would have to be earthed to a ground stake or something to prevent that, since its insulated by the tyres.
-
Mine has snapped also, I'd say its on there to prevent the bonnet from going live if a positive wire touches it, but then its gonna be fairly well earthed through the hinges anyway, so fix it if you like, but it will be fine without!

Gibbers car also has twin zorsts http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16114&highlight=
