  1. Shameless I know, but I have to post up a couple of todays Cornwall/SW meet in my members gallery... Thanks to Valerian & vincent vr6 for the last 2 pictures...
  2. Jay's are £180 http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11871
  3. Buy it mate, you were always going on about 12v before, here's your chance! OBD2 Schrick manifold & cams, supercharged... Will be a bit of a job getting it all in there though...
  4. Yuup, i'd start rooting through the bin if I were you! :)
  5. I thought Jay's were electric... don't worry mate, good choice IMO - have you got any pictures/ebay link?
  6. Rattle could be chains/tensioners... ?
  7. Hmm.. long nose grips? Doubt it's on all that tight as its only holding some plastic down.
  8. Very nice indeed, must be a good feeling to have an engine bay that clean! Look forward to seeing it tomorrow! Do you have those plates on all the time or is it just a show one?
  9. Yeh definately... /maths mode Before OBD2 I was getting an average of 26mpg so that's 390 miles to a full tank which costs about £50. £50 (full tank) is now getting me 525 miles. Which means (roughly) every 1500 miles i'm saving £50... 20k later and it's paid for itself! :) And that's not to mention the other benefits. Pictures coming tomorrow night after SW meet. ;)
  10. That picture makes my head hurt.. Sorry for the stupidity but what is G10?
  11. Binned all (well not all) the rusty bolts and screws in the engine bay and replaced them with nice shiny new ones, instantly makes the car look newer! :)
  12. Yeh that is serious qualitaay! I want one... maybe I could persuade Laura...
  13. VRTrickster, You'll need the loom and all the other gubbins to go with the OBD2 TB, Micha (GermanCustoms) was selling adapters to go on OBD1 Manifolds I think... Chack out my Members Gallery for the OBD2 review mate :)

    Photoshop Request

Yellow C's have rules all of their own IMO. Black bits look great on them, you have to keep the sidestrips as it breaks up the colour, and the wheels look good in black as well. Also you definately need to do the black detailing on the headlights (if not already done). Dare I say it, even tinting the rear windows in black looks cool... Do it! :)
  15. Saw a H Reg C in green parked on West Hill in Wadebridge this evening, soother?
  16. Similarly i've got some random wires in my engine bay, even Vince couldn't work out what the hell they are for! I'll post up a picture of them tomorrow... :)

    German style plates

I thought there were specific regulations on the shape, boldness, size etc. of the font and the german plates don't meet the UK (for UK registered cars) criteria...?
  19. Wow that's random, and the car above it in the gallery looks just like mine! Can almost get an idea of what they'll look like on the drive! gaz the geezer, hopefully those switches are crap enough to snap of in an accident! Nice site dude! :) Corrado Forum Figaro Thread
  20. Just wrap the existing ones in aluminium foil...

    German style plates

UK plates and that's about it. German plates are illegal in every shape and form unfortunately. :(
  22. young lad, this could be so many things, someone posts up a 'clunk' thread every week. If you can be more clear and a bit more specific people will have a better idea of what the problem is. I would recommend getting the allignment sorted before you do anyting else though.
  23. Bees, When you change to TP then back to FC it alters your volountary excess (down to £0 I think), if you put it back up your quote will return to what it was originally.
  24. I was thinking that as well... 205/40 or 195/45
