finally fitted by Alpine KCE-104V which has cured my interference problem and means i can fitted aditional screens, PS2,NAV or even a rear view camera. Must get the All Smile bottles on now.. Should this thread be sticky Mod's?

How would you know if you haven't got one? Their rock solid and awkward to fit. You also need to trim abit off the parcel shelf support too from memory.

There definately a worth while buy. You'll notice the difference the first time you take a bend. The car stays flatter and doesn't pitch onto the outside front wheel as much. Basically, your suspension works better. should add, if you've got std suspension don't bother as it's a mod that works best on a car which is putting an increase load on the shell, ie running coilovers or very low profile tyres.

They look standard to me apart from the electric subframes..?? subframes are a mk2/corrado hybrid but thats not the killer mod. Its very subtle, but makes a massive difference. If you spot it, shhhhh! :wink: -

cheers mate, having the whole lot leathered matey, you like the single front seat I have? Its a Recaro Speed seat like the ones in Lee's car, but mine will be a little different as with everything else in the car..lol Take a closer look at my recaro's :wink: There not standard. -
Preferred the silver surrounds, looked fresher and more distinctive. To me they were your signature marking out OSV from the rest of the crowd.

think they've got potential. mainly as previously said, i only need the outer bit. i'd buy a cheap set to experiment with if trader were to offer unwanted stock :wink:

don't know what your on about. got a pic? Just remembered, spoke to R4BBY on E38 at GTi Spring Festival. He knows jay who used to own the ex-pvs green corrado. Said the wheel on that rubbed but they couldn't find a reason, maybe worth speaking to Jason.

nearly finished. their never finished!! One thing that i wondered, have you completely ripped out the old loom or left the part in for the interior light, central locking, wiper motor etc? -
it will be very tight. I ran 8x17 on the back with et32 and nothing touched. If you prepared to cut or roll a bit of metal i reckon they'll go on.

mark told me about that. customer took it for a 10min spin and return 3hrs later with smoke pouring from the engine and brakes. my mate tim did that with a 4motion on a test drive from a VW dealer.

dubsport have just completed a full S3 running gear transplant into a MK2 i heard. Was ment to be a Inters but car was still with the painters.

if you go the window tinting film route you also need a tin of R/C model window tinting paint to paint the edges of the plate which you can't cover. :wink:
