what did you use Leonard, paste or the liquid? I used the liquid, seemed ok. But i was also using an orbital. Where do you get the Colinite 915 from Jon, how much?

Yes indeed! :salute: :D Just one thing i want to check with you guys. If i wash the car and i then dry the outside. I like to then open the doors and boot to dry the inside. Now, on the boot when i open it there's always a dribble of water that comes from between the reg plate boot plastic and the drivers reverse/fog cluster is this normal?

With me i can demist it. Then be driving with me or me and the missus in the car and it will steam up unless heater is on. Will this still be water ingress? Seals round doors look ok and same with sunroof :shrug:

The very end of the plastic the cables are encased in should be clipped on the heater controls. Can you provide some pics of how you've connected the end of the cables to the heater controls. Also where you've rounted cables. Though this wont be the problem IMO as the cables done move as such. Just slide into the plastic casing. I've replace both cables and i cant see what you could have done to cause them to jam. I know if you have the fan on 4 and you try to change the directions, it causes it to feel stiff and you shouldnt try to change the direction whilst the fan is on 4. Do the direction controls turn ok when the fan is off?

Gave mine a proper wash. Got the orbital polisher out and used the swirl X all over the car... did an excellent job. I then finished off with the Meguiars NXT tech 2.0 Wax, again excellent stuff - its now nicely protected for the winter. Though i've realised how stone shipped the front of my car is :( need to get a touch up paint.

Mine too :( Its been the same with all 3 corrados ive owned, Its almost a corrado trait :? Is there a permenant solution? Other then wiping some of that stuff on every few months that prevents windows steaming up - made by same company that makes rain x.

I read on the VWVORTEX forum that if you ever change your fuel guage you can recalibrate the guages by plugging it into vagcom but there's no option - i assume its the same option for revs/speedo - i vaguely remember something about the speedo going to 62mph :shrug: EDIT - Dude how DID you get on?

Yan, just a thought but why dont you do it like a team effort. Im sure there will be more then 7 people wanting to do this. So, why dont you make it 14 players, being 2 players per team - the 2 player team can alternate races. This way more people (assuming more then 7 are up for it) will be able to play AND one player can cover when the other cannot play and vice versa. Like i say, just a thought.

x2 mines been doing this for around a month. Plus the CV joint is fubar'd after the CV boot had a tiny split in it and spat all the grease out.

Can this be adapted to work on other satnavs?

I feel sorry for Kobiyashi (spell) as he had a seat one minute and the next it had gone. Maybe one of the new teams will pick him up.
