  1. Dont think its a case of 'fixing' it. A garage wont be able to do anything. Its a case of hoping and seeing if it goes. It'll quiten down if nothing else.
  2. Yeah me too mate. Some one else said the same about the manifolds on here and said that after they'd done 2-3k miles it went. Im sure ive done at least 2k miles since having it fitted. Fingers crossed to be honest. But yeah it doesnt sound great, sounds as though the exhaust is blowing a bit when i know its not :(
  3. Well the manifold has only been fitted for about a month. So im giving it some time to see if it goes (fingers crossed). did 'the noise' ever go mate? mine hasnt...... :confused4: its still there a bit, but its not as bad as it was. I think it could be a matter of 1000's of miles before it completely goes, IF it does completely go. You can only really hear mine when you open the throttle to full.
  4. That does look ok and thankyou but I am really talking about the rear 'Corrado' one  Oh apologies i thought we were talking about the grille badge. oops
  5. I think it looks ok, though on the large side imo
  6. 'lo skinnyman. Can you let me know how you get on with those coilovers. Just got a set myself, i just want another opinion. Also in the pic of the wheels fitted, was that after laser alignment? when i fitted the same coilovers to my car, they were set really low. The top of the wheels were in quite alot. Even after taking the coilovers back off and raising them a bit, the steering is WELL off. I know this is to be expected. I just wondered if the wheels pic was before or after fitting. Cheers mate! Gaz
  7. I disagree, although a smaller, brushed look badge would look better. This is worth getting, though ive always thought this badge takes over the front of the car a bit.
  8. Ah is that what the 8v wheels are called - westwoods. Never really warmed to them tbh.
  9. Mate that is excellent 8)..... its my birthday in a month or so ;) What's the scale of it?
  10. Cant say i noticed the swish line on the bumpers, or rather the lack of them on the early rados. Anyone got an early pic to compare?
  11. Oh yeah and theres that. No an early feature i think. My 95 8v didnt have one. But my other 2 rados '93 and '91 had the hump. Sorry misread that - yes, i think the flat rear bench was just a lat feature 94-95 i think.
  12. 3 slat grille, the fogs/indicators sit more flush with the bumper. bonnet goes ___------___ instead of -----______----- differnet interior switches, stalks central blower controls - round nobs instead of sliders. slightly different instruments too speedo, rev counter etc. I think the front wings on later models are minutely wider then earlier wings (so ive read on here somewhere) - So if you replace a wing or a bonnet you may find they dont fit as well due to mixing early wings with a later bonnet for example. Some one may want to correct me on some of that, or add anything. EDIT - AJ beat me too it ;)
  13. Woof woof! 8) i really like that. Definately better without the 2 tone paint.

    help!!

This happened to me about 6 months ago. Went over a deepish pot hole which destroyed the already rotten top plate. The other side was also rusted to hell. Definately replace both top mounts.
  15. Id personally go for a supersprint.... i did go for a supersprint - Cat back with oval tail pipe. Quality system, bit more expensive then other zorsts, but worth it. Though the back box on the my VR doesnt fit as well as the one i had on the G60.
  16. :thumbleft: Its always a good feeling when you can relax for another year... well alost
  17. I'll be waiting a while then, before i fancy her.
  18. Much better mate. Liking the look of that 8)
  19. Which avatar, Krytan?
  20. i take back all the defending of the corrado i did. After being stuck in Leeds City centre for 2 hours, due to a brake issue, waiting for the RAC and a recovery truck to arrive. I am not too happy with the rado at the moment :mad2:
  21. Aye me too when i got a quote. Everywhere else was quoting me 1000-1200 quid. Adrian Flux quoted me £800, but then i had to get a cat 1 alarm/immob fitted. But hey the car is fully protected now. :D
  22. toothbrush yes, wire brush no, not on felt.
