i thought it was a wind, like scirroco??? -
get those borbet c's mate. thats a bargain for refurbed c's with tyres! pretty rare wheels now.
-
To be completely honest with you Trig, no I can't see it. Well I can, as my ex wife wanted one ;) My GF is a Corrado fan - she's a bit of a laddy girl I guess - and really isn't into girly cars. I don't think she'd be seen dead in one of those! No offence meant to your GF or anyone else for that matter by the way mate :) Each to their own and that makes the world a better place :)

but a bad fashion statement.
-
try it trigger. try anything to put her off.
-
lol here here utter poo and about 5 times over-priced.
-
No worries :)

http://www.apc-overnight.com thinks thats the right address mate. very reasonable.
-
Yeah bud. Dutch style. Different opinions are good :)

I have to disagree mate. It's not immature. It's in all of us. Maybe some more than others but........
-
Cos that's not deeply ingrained into human nature is it mate?! Especially male human nature. There's almost no sign of deep-rooted competitiveness anywhere in western culture eh? Oh, except in......... football, motor-racing, athletics, politics, car-ownership, women, etc, etc, etc......
-
Lazy feker ;)

Can't believe anyone could think a hard-driven 200hp g60 could even keep up with a scooby in anything but a straight line! Let alone beat it. No chance imo. Like Kev said, its all about the chassis. Power is fairly academic. The scoob has a pretty trick chassis whereas the C is really an old horse. Fekin good for its time, but against a rally-bred 4 wheel drive modern chassis? Oh come on.........

Holy cow! Just a couple of small jobs then? Good luck mate :) (I have to get my engine rebuilt or replaced before worthersee too!)

Blue escort (5 0) getting under-taken by a Black C on the A27 this afternoon ;) Anyone? -
Strange "scratching/grating" noise moving steering
double-6s replied to matth76's topic in Drivetrain
lol that seems to work for quite a few of my C's faults :) -
hard as fek to get right. you're better off just matching the revs on down-changes without going as far as heal and toeing imo. matching revs is defo worth doing.
-
cheers fella. will have a look later and think about getting hold of some parts. if only it was that easy to fix a fekked engine ;)
-
oh. i could have sworn there was some sort of contact for the wipers? i had the same problem and it stopped when i changed the steering wheel. there's another post somewhere on here with someone else having the same problem i think? probably wrong though..... i have double ball ache now - my wiper motor appears to have gone, and i think i fekked the linkage while trying to get the wiper arm down manually :( saying that, i have had so many things go wrong on my C that it doesn't phase me at all amymore :)
-
is it something to do with the contact under the steering wheel boss?
-
reckon you're gonna be testing muks' memory there mate.......... 2 years ago!!! :)
-
i reckon looks also play a part mate. i have a feeling that not everyone drives their rados to the max. :)
