  1. Hi MDM, I am interested in the "resonated cat back system with polished oval tip" (System Number: MCXVW212), if we can get a group deal sorted. What sort of timescale are you thinking of, before ordering your system? Lastly, please could you confirm we get all the required mounts/clamps/fasteners in the kit? The Milltek site infers only the exhaust "pipes" are supplied? http://www.millteksport.com/exhaust.products.cfm?variantid=1503 Also available on that page is a fitting manual.
  2. From memory, it looks like the connector panel for the two wires to the OBD port. It should clip onto the brass/gold metal plate from the transmission tunnel supporting the centre console.
  3. Hi,

Yeah I've still got it. Give me a shout if you need any more information.

  4. Jim Ellis VW Parts exposes the parts catalog, if you don't want to register: http://www.jimellisvwparts.com/showAssembly.aspx?ukey_assembly=739482&ukey_make=1066&ukey_model=15552 Hey Jim, What is the knack to insert the four rubber mountings into the engine carrier/front subframe/cross member?
  5. Hi, If you are in Stockport, check out Ian at Taylormade in Hazel Grove. http://www.taylormade-bodyrepair.co.uk/body-restoation/ He's done work on my Impreza and the quality of his work was very impressive. My Corrado is penciled in for new year. On an amusing side story: My mate has an Octavia VRS and over the summer a large bubble appeared in the paint on the bonnet. Ian immediately said it's had a previous repair on the bonnet as it was a different shade to the rest of the car - plus you can see the sanding marks half way up the bonnet! I like to think I'm on the ball with cars, but I didn't see any of that until it was shown to me.
  6. Hi, I may be able to assist you. This layout is like looking into the car through the windscreen. >> CorradoHeatedSeatsLayout.jpg The relay assembly screws onto the metal structure behind the passenger side rear door card. The harness then follows the other wiring along the floor by the passenger door. The wiring branches off to the seats at the T-junction - follow the other harnesses over the tunnel to the drivers seat. The main harness continues along the floor and up past the ABS module to behind the dash (where the passenger door harness connects to the car harnesses). I think the second harness follows the other harnesses along the top of the dashboard. Wiring connections: The harness is grounded to the stud by the relay assembly (Brown wire with ring connector). Power comes in via the Black wire (Green plug) which plugs into the grey strip/block ( TV5 ) above the fusebox. Illumination for the switch is supplied through the Grey/Blue wire (Grey plug) which plugs into the grey strip/block ( TV8 ) above the fusebox. Heated seats switch goes in the bottom location, next to the instrument binnacle. http://i410.photobucket.com/albums/pp189/philip_grogan/Corrado%20Heated%20Seats/CorradoHeatedSeatsWiringDiagram_zps3qdklnap.jpg Hope this helps!
  7. Hi, I have a good condition grey leather interior set from a late model VR6 Corrado (1995), comprising: * heated front grey leather seats * switch, relays and wiring harnesses * rear seats * front leather door cards (compatible with late-model window switches, 1992-onward) * rear door cards * standard grey A, B and C pillar plastics * grey parcel shelf and grey rear speaker mounts (worked to accept larger speakers) * central tunnel trim - clad with grey leather * grey carpet set, including boot In terms of condition, the seating itself is in above-good condition for a 1995 manufacture date, but is nonetheless not perfect. Wear is commensurate with age, but with no rips or tears to report. It would appear that the two front seats have, to some extent, been restored in their lifetime by a previous owner. The door cards are similar in condition, with commensurate wear and just require re-gluing. All plastic mouldings are in good condition. The panel over the central tunnel has been custom-trimmed with a complementing grey leather interior. Condition is good mindful of its cabin position and exposure to wear/damage. The carpet set is in good condition, but shall require cleaning. No cutting/ripping, or noticeable burns to report. http://s410.photobucket.com/user/philip_grogan/library/Corrado%20Interior Corrado_front_seats.jpg Corrado_rear_seats.jpg Corrado_door_cards.jpg Corrado_central_trim.jpg Corrado_gear_trim.jpg Corrado_carpet_set.jpg Corrado_heated_seats.jpg Corrado_heated_seats_switch.jpg Corrado_heated_seat_diagram.jpg Corrado_rear_speaker_mounts.jpg Corrado_parcel_shelf.jpg I am looking for £650 as a whole ( based upon this thread: http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?50293-Grey-leather-interior-value ). It is the intention to sell the grey leather interior set as a whole, therefore no splitting shall be considered. However, I open to a best-offer. I am located in South Manchester, near to Manchester Airport. I can get additional photos at weekend if required.
  8. I had great success with TrimFix High Temp spray adhesive. Just mask up everywhere and take your time. I used pegs, too...
  9. For Sale: 2010, Peugeot RCZ GT 2.0 HDi 163 Comprehensive sale details via Mitsubishi Lancer Register forum. http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=509437 Andrew. ** Now sold. **
  10. Thank you for your response Andi. I'm familiar with the site operator, but many posts directly link to archive threads with no other clues to what they refer to; such as post #32 in the thread "anyone with a manual aircon switch". The author directly references an archive URL to a thread which I think/hope contains the information I need, but it does not now exist. Is there a means of resolving links to archive threads?
  11. I can not access archive posts or the old site http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/index.php - requests end up at the 404 page. What is the current state of the archive site? Is there a mechanism to resolve thread IDs to its title, which can be searched for? Back in 2011, the thread Forum upgrade 11-Jun-2011 - FEEDBACK indicates the old/archive threads were available after that upgrade.
  12. Is this image any help? From the image, it appears: Pipe 7 - goes to drivers' side front Pipe 9 - goes through a t-piece to passengers' front (and rear?) Pipe 8 - possibly goes rearward?
  13. Jim, A quick note that the rear beam - in the images I posted - was off a 1995 VR6. If required, I can measure the beam I have or read any part numbers tomorrow lunchtime. Just let me know...
  14. I can help! The first picture is passenger side of the rear beam (from above) and the second picture is drivers side. There is four white pipe clip things and the black plastic moulding for the ABS sensor wiring (on either side).
  15. I've used TE terminals (part number 927770-3) from 3waycomp on ebay. They do fit most connectors in the Corrado / mk3 Golf.
  16. Hi fla, I have sent you payment, please add me to your list! Many thanks
  17. Hi, Sorry to come to this thread a bit late. Please can you confirm we receive the following: * three 304 stainless steel tensioning straps for 70 litre tank (un-folded as per posts #143-#147 on page 15) * 5x stainless bolts and washers (post #130 on page 13) * can have option of non-polished straps Many thanks PS: As I was looking at the parts list, here are the relevant details which may answer a couple of queries buried in the thread: [COR/1995 (S)/MG 2/SG 01/ILL 65-00] Pos 27 535 201 653 Tensioning strap (left) 1x Pos 28 535 201 654 Tensioning strap (right) 2x Pos 30 111 129 720 Washer (8,4) 5x Pos 31 N 010 242 22 Hexagonal head bolt M8x25 5x NB: the part numbers may be superseded.
  18. Hi, I am interested in a full set of your steel brakelines for my 1995 Corrado VR6. Is a full set still £275 posted? Also, did you get any further with the steel pipes from the master cylinder to ABS pump? I can send you my pipes to copy, if there is any mileage in it? Lastly, can you do the steel clutch pipe? I'm just visualising new pipes across the bulkhead and the grotty clutch pipe - it would really irritate my OCD knowing an old pipe was there...
  19. Hi zerocool The removal tool was delivered by the postman this morning. Many thanks!
  20. Hi, I'm interested in one of these tools. What is your preferred method of payment?
