without putting ideas into people mouths... what do you guys make of this ??? engines only done 41K, flushed the coolant and changed to G13 about a year ago (I guess the red coolant is more obvious at showing muck).... is it just muck from the radiator floating on top where its not been flushed correctly ??? or something more sinister. I've always had a few droplet of water on the oil filler cap... but a common symtoms in winter of an engine not getting up to temperature and never used. over to you guys.

What's the score with agreed value these days... Do you just pull a figure out of thin air and pay the premium... Does someone have to come and look at it... Or is their someone in the CORRADO club that puts a figure in it. I need a value on mine soon but don't have a clue...

LB9A candy white 1993 onwards Early cars where alpine white. L90E. Sticker in boot unless you have had a shunt... Or in your log book ... Think there also maybe a marking under wing.

I think I bought the last OEM exhaust for the VR in 2010, I paid silly money for it just because I wanted the car original... I guess I could of bought 2 stainless systems for the price.... Which part of your system is blowing ? If it's the sausage bit after the cat... It was still available from vwclassicpart when I enquires last year, but silly money 200 notes... Alternatively walker do a cheap alternative.

No UK corrado models had airbags. Late spec LHD models had airbags. Airbags were introduced in 1997 on golf models in the UK

Anything really small tube will last years, motor factors or halfords or ebay... Think I was using carlube grease this morning. Edit that's a lie it was comma.

I always remove the sticky backing pad dunno if that's right or wrong. Vaghags right to replace the disc Wayne the whole lot has to be removed. But not if changing pads only.

don't really need to loosen it. bottom bolt out then tyre leaver it should pivot.... but don't force it..... wayne if your unsure just take both out.

It shouldn't be a problem you don't have to push the Pistons back into the calliper this time it's just the removal of one bolt on the front calliper as it will pivot and the removal of the pads... And the removal off the complete calliper on the rear... Check the slider pins on the carrier are greased up too...

If the brakes stay like this I would strip them and rebuild again.

Never build brakes without copper grease, normally a smear on the back of the pad and where it touches the carrier, I guess that the cause of the noise... The brake cleaner is not too important, it just cleans all the grease off the disc. Don't bother spraying through the alloy. Never tried the ignition like that before... Has someone started it with a screwdriver before :) You haven't adjusted the speaker left right front rear on the head unit have you ?

Did you use copper grease when building the brakes... Did you clean the discs with brake cleaner ? Speaker sounds like loose wire either head unit end or speaker end. Just fix the speaker and crank he tunes up power steering and brake noise should go away :) That brake fluid looks posh I just buy 5 litres of the pagid dot 4 from ECP to pump through you normally waste half of it anyway.
