Yes. :D The sandblasting really clears the gunk out, but it completely ruined the threads on the callipers too, so you'll most likely have to retap them. that's what i found anyway.

Every time I get down about my C I take her for a quick spin and that sorts it right out. There's nothing else I've driven that gives me the satisfaction when you hear the roar on full chat or chuck it into a corner without braking and watching the car behind you disappear. :grin: OK so they have their foibles and expenses, but what fast sports car doesn't? Go onto any forum and you'll hear them whining about their moneypit, it goes with the territory. I love walking past it too, it looks so tough as you pass it on the pavement. But I don't like how its so low that your eyes are level with other cars' door handles. A load of us did the 'Ring last september, was about a 1500 mile round trip? As for Benicassim - I hope you've booked a villa! You'll be asking for it if you camp...we had a couple of mates who decided to save some money by camping, on the second day they moved into our air-conditioned, swimming pooled villa. Its about 35 degrees during the day and after you've been drinking and dancing all night its impossible to sleep or find any shade. It doesn't get started till 8 or 9 in the evening so you need somewhere to splat during the day.

Same problem getting into 2nd? It may be that both the sideways and/or front/back linkage needs adjusting. I did a handy wiki article that is in the submissions sub-forum, check it out. If it isn't at least you can rule that out.
