I love the following Looks, Handling Driving position (that go kart feeling) the G60's roar and driving something different the spoiler Hate fuel costs parts prices all the standard things that needed tweaking to make it as it should of been in the first place, like the headlights

the corrado's were all fitted with 02A gear boxes However the gear ratios very from year to year and model to model, however the final drive for each model is the same as the year before etc etc. becasue of gearing and your wheels etc always being the same, you will always do 60mph at a given rpm in a given gear, going up hill or down, its the amount you press the gas that changes.

i know the bentley manual says the reading across 2 and 3 should fall in the garph's range for a give air temp, but mensions nothing about 1&3??? I've always read on forums the the resistance of 1&3 should be X at any given temp. so whats the deal then!!! Dont have the manual here at work!! -

the pot reading across pins two and three is temperature dependant and you need to check the values against the graph in the back of the bentley manual, the blue coolent sensor should also reflect the figures in the book for that sensor. they both have there own graph, the CO pot in the boost pipe is adjustable and the blue coolant one isn't The manual also states the correct CO% ratio's IRRC -

the side lights ARE the bayonet veriety, and if you want a side light upgrade i have just the solution. Go to a Halfords Superstore and buy a 7w bulb to fit the side lights, i got one at home, i'll post a pic later and a reference if any. its a funny shape bulb and need a bit of wiggleing to made fit but it works.

As kev has said a HID conversion is expensive as you not only have to install new lamps, but you need them to Auto level and they must be fitted with washers too, to be legal in europe. the corrodo headlamp is not deep enough either for the focol length of the beam. PLUS you will need a dome lense and replace the normal lense with a clear non prisem type. I think Niko did a converstion with some golf rallye headlights i cant remember though.

I saw one at the Donnington show that was one step away from a scrapyard and was up for sale for £6000 ish, and it was just a rusting shell!! :? :? :?

if you need an arm rest in your corrado then you should by a passat!!

I would think regular G12 isn't ideal for the heat transfere at those temperatures. A methonal Mix is the way to go, with a bit off dry ice thrown in for good measure if you can!!. As for a Spray bar, I am going to fit one to my standard intercooler running off the screen wash bottle as screen wash contains methonal and is ideal.

kevhaywire, depends wat you fill the Charge cooler fluid system with :wink: and in higher air temperatures a charge cooler is far more effective than any intercooler, but in the uk, there is not chance of that i guess

Bad Points Basically a charge cooler is easy to plumb in on the boost side of things but you still have to plumb in the water pipeing and add another Radiator. Its on my list!

dubbprince, Unless they have changed the cable design in the last 8months then its the whole range as far as i know. Mine when after 12months and a 3 days, and then again a week after getting it repaired.

I've got mine working!!! probe is fine, it had come un connected after i did not reconnect it correctly. One thing worth pointing out though, when under WOT and the Lambda isn't used, that digi Lag is very easy to see on the meter!

I´ve got Black Dimond grooved disc´s i think and Pagid fast road pads and i can fault them. i´m going to replace the lot next year with some more grooved discs as they skim the pad to stop it glazzing

The Kenwood MP3 players are Great, just dont get the MASK system ones as there is a design fault with the ribbon cable, in short after about 12months normal use they snap
