(I'm not sure it will be moving under it's own power at the moment...) -

Clutch failure(?) - FIXED, was hydraulic AND friction!

You should check the servo when you do the master too, as that is where all the pressure is coming from when you push on the pedal, and you have said that my pedal bites better than yours even though i'm sure it's made of porridge  it's a POP to do bro, as long as you resign to having the car off the road for a few days, you get a LOT less stressed about trying to get it fixed asap and enjoy it a lot more. -
^^^ that's a fair point. If you're not just pootling around / shopping in it, then get a 50mm I guess although can anyone actually feel the ~3hp difference between them?
-
Do continue... :D
-
Do you know when these will be ready? If it's in the summer that could work out really well.
-
50mm: notice how the runners get narrow so they can pass the spark plug holes. 42mm (polished, not standard): A 50mm will rob you of a little low down torque which will make the car accelerate slower, so the general opinion is to leave the smaller manifold on

 it is a worry though, of course. The black paint / coating that parts seem to come in these days is more to prevent against flash rust than actually serve as a long term protective layer. I'm still looking for a good coating, although POR-15 seem to have some good ones or there's always the tried-and-tested hammerite!
-
if your subframe is off the car, you could try tapping it with a hammer to simulate road bumps etc? Just a thought.
-
No, it's just a chunk of metal. Get it swapped! :D

Ideally both late wings and a bonnet, but I know that's coming in at £1000 ish. I'd be up for a bonnet for sure though, will have to look at the student loan for the wings!

Well, let me know what you decide bro, as I said I'm happy to swap your clutch out whenever. -
So, are you taking orders for these yet, or is it still all in pre-production stage?
-
When I was at Silverstone last week, I was in and around the Team Dynamics BTCC team (aka BIG ORANGE CIVICS!) and the chief engineer gave me a nod of approval when I said I owned a Corrado. It was quite humbling  :)
-
Yeah, I have a blue/white 1-pin which is tied back underneath the inlet manifold at the front near the oil filter and front engine mount. Help any?
-
That's a quality garage, good way to keep a customer for life doing little things like that. Sorry for the dink matey, but glad it's all getting sorted in the proper manner.
-
The log book on my Burgundy says Maroon, and I swear it's the most purpley of all the Corrado colours (except blackberry although that's pinkish). I'd say your car is blue matey.

Well as i've mentioned many times before, it's doing a lot of the things that my Mk2 16v did when the clutch went on that (rod change box) Would a hydro G60 box replicate problems from a rod change 16v box do you think?
