is it the same as a 4 stud corrado? et35?
-
Found a venom advert in PVW, they do a 55mm drop :D nice price too... so, once i've got them where can i get them fitted? i'm guessing kwikfit cant do it for me!
-
been looking around on the forum and bk299's are very smart, very simular to the BBS but with a slighty modern twist...
-
ta, i'll give them a bell, 50mm on 17's should look quite good....
-
not sure yet mate, i've been looking at a few different options, i cant decide between BBS look-a-likes, borbet a's (maybe a bit old school) some sort of chunky 5 spoke, or a classic kahn RSR style rim. I think they all suit the car, its just which ones i prefer! I really like the style of the porker cup 3, but its far to expensive to get them on. at the moment these are very tempting, but the only images i've found of them on a car are on a saxo and they look poop, might look better in a 17".... http://www.tyresave.co.uk/alloypix/rialgs.jpg http://www.tyresave.freeserve.co.uk/carpix/rialgsc1.jpg just had another look and they're 8x17's thats not going to be too wide is it? :?

questions about wheels and suspension...can you tell where my xmas bonus is going? :D anyway, I'd like to get the wheels sitting nicely in the arches, and IMO to do this they need to be as close to the edge as possible. What's the ideal offset for this? oh and i'm going for 17's.

is that the spax kits bally?
-
its a 1.8 16v sham :(
-
i know this has probably been covered a million times before but... I'm looking at suspension options, and i think coilovers are going to be the way to go, given that the biggest drop on springs/dampers is about 40mm and to me thats just not low enough on 17's! Not looking to spend a fortune, around the £500 mark, so whats good and what should i avoid?
-
Thats my current solution! sometimes its nice to just listen to the engine, but it'd be nice if it was just 'bwwaarrrp!' rather than 'bwwaa(rattle)rrr(squeek)ppp!'
-
is it just mine or do all corrados have a tendancy for the interior bits and bobs to rattle like the b'jesus? its on standard suspension and standard wheels, the rides not bumpy or crashy so i think everythings ok from that side of things but my god, the squeaks rattles and various other noises it makes are doing my head in! are there any common places that the rattles originate from?

orange trainer trainers train orange trains to train oranges..... or something like that. that site has the sony kit for the same price, i checked the sony site and that definatly supports the p800 :)
-
have a look at this then mate, lists the p800 as being compatible... http://www.expansys.com/regproduct.asp? ... 0&asource=

sony ericsson t610 8)
-
anyone got one? I've looked at the parrot ck3000 and the official sony one, at the moment the parrot is winning as it allows you to plug it into the headunit directly where as the sony is more expensive to start with and needs a further £30 adaptor. are there any other good kits on the market?
-
did it flash once or twice? once (IIRC) means theres no film in it, plus i dont think you can be done by a forward facing camera, i got flashed on the A1 near edinbrough over taking some trucks, so i was on the right side of the road for the gatso, but facing the wrong way! if they did get a picture i bet it confused them! "eh? doing over 60 in reverse???"
-
eek! dont do it!! bit of an extreme practical joke..... :D

:? pictures? cant see any mate.... -
Are Corrado's the best looking affordable car ever?
chrishill replied to PhatVR6's topic in General Car Chat
it depends what you like in a car, they're good looking the same way that the lancia delta integralle, aston martin vantage and the Evo are good looking, very masculine agressive  looking, which in my book is a good thing! -
£400 seems a bit steep, i just paied £650 for a full respray including lots of rust/dent removal and it came out really well!
-
Mines the same gringo, theres a massive gap on the passenger side between the rubber and the gap, I also noticed that the rubber on the drivers side is 2 peice, and on the passenger side its 1!
-
the black one you can see the back end of in one of the photos above looks interesting!
-
too big IMO, 17's or wide/deep 16's are the best size looks wise for a C
-
b'jesus! 19's look flippin' huge!

I'm installing a hands free kit soon, and the one i'm looking at plugs into the lighter, i dont really want wires dangling all over the place, so i was wondering if i can chop the connector off the end of the hands free kit and connect the wires to the back of the lighter?
