surely you can adjust that bias though? the way i look at it, if you just go with an LSD and its not enough you're going to kick yourself. If you go with the syncro system you know it'll have enough grip and you'll not be throwing the time/money/effort away. The additional weight isnt 'really' going to hinder you, as you say, its the weight of a small child, its only very rare occasions where that weight deficit is going have an impact and IMO its a small price for having 4wd. also, if gone syncro without the syncro boot floor, i can imagine ALOT of people being interested in how it was done. - edit - took too long typing all that! ignore the syncro bits :?

I had a 60mm drop on 17's with the 90mm spoiler, it caught on a daily basis! multi-stories were pretty much a no-go and speedbumps had to be negotiated carefully. I guess it depends on what the roads are like where you live. I wouldnt worry too much about it catching, they're fairly robust and 'if' they split at least you know they'll bend and not break further! I had a split at each end of mine and if I pulled it stright you couldnt tell. BTW - is there actually a ride height difference when running 15's and 17's considering the rolling radius of the wheel should be identical?

I'll echo OSV on this one, sent 4 stock 16v sebrings with tyres via parcel2go and it cost about £8 per wheel.

corrado leg-end! as has been said its been surpassed for power and originality, and is a few years old now, but its still one of the best corrados out there. I prefer the porker splits on it, the multi-spokes look too much like a cheaper wheel.

BMW wheels?! Dave! 50 hail karmann's and you're forgiven ;) not feeling the style especially, I dont think i've seen a 2 tone corrado I like and carbon fibre is a bit jap-scene for my tastes, but its a good 'chop non the less.

:? i think its more that no two vw engines are ever the same and the vr6 power output is, or was under estimated

anything up to around a grand! TBH i dont think leathers in good condition come up very often, and most of the time they command a much higher price than they're really worth. Personally I'd save a bit more and go for a re-trim

i'm guessing the speed is in kph, so about 130mph tops? still, pulls away well!

theres two on autotrader! 'heated screen wash' I'm sorry but who gives a f*** about heated screen wash on a car like that?!

copy and pasting the link works, but as joe says, it 'links' to this page.

heheheh i dont think they'd ever do that over here, british advertising agencys dont seem to like badmouthing (or crushing/smashing) other companies products, where as in america its par for the course. the pepsi/coke adverts for example. i liek the first one, reminicent of the old vdub-from-above adverts back in the day. oh an i shall be doing that hand signal at regular intervals from now on...ja? v w

the winning noise from the wheel could be the baring. as for the overheating, what engine do you have? temp sensors in the VR tend to give way and stop the cooling fans cutting in properly, along with a few other issues, and they're not expensive or hard to change if they're the culprit.

I can see the logic, colder intercooler, denser air, more power. I doubt it'll do 'much' but it cant do any harm.

not so big people used to huff and puff getting in and out of my old VR, it was only down 60mm but everyone complained it was too low! when I had the valver I have my boss at the time a lift to the airport and worried the whole way about the passenger seat bolsters giving way under his MUCH larger than average frame. I didnt think he was going to fit through the door at one point... hes a very large gentleman. -
its always the people who dont deserve those sorts of cars that can afford to own them.

very nice chap, whos doing it for you? might sound arsey, but mostly because it'd bug me not saying anything, the image below is a quick suggestion of how to tidy the content area up a little, although it does look good as-is. (IMO) basically gaps A/B should be the same, and the boxes should be at least inline at the top, if not the bottom too. just my 2p as a designer myself, hope i'm not going to find the g-unit boys at my door :?
