    Your post says it all really. Small, Unvented discs on a car that is driven hard. Pretty much all discs of that type, regardless of manufacturer will warp given repeated abuse. You know the cure yourself though, fit vented brakes. will the Lupo GTi ones fit onto your hubs?

    They seem to be more expensive than gold! I sold a mint set a few weeks ago for £145 in 10 mins. Maybe I should have asked for more and be that person ripping off people :-P

    In that case, there is nowhere else you can physically fit another 2l of coolant. I've just seen Doxs post, that's what I mean. US Corrados must be different to GB versions.

    I've been a passenger in a mk2 on a track day equipped with one of these diffs and it was comical how it just pulled itself around. Completely changed the characteristics of the car and for the better!

    My wifes tdi mk5 is equipped with a plastic assembly. I only changed the battery on it a few weeks ago.

    I'm sure most cars (not sure on Corrados) the radiator is bigger to accommodate the extra heat generated by the aircon radiator that is bolted in front of the coolant radiator. Are Corrados with aircon equipped with thicker radiators?

    The internals on the mk4 pump are the same as the Corrado. You just need to remove the top and swap the plug over. Oh and I think you need to swap the pump output on the bottom over. Internals are the same though!

    New bolts are too cheap to not buy and rely on old bolts.

    Yeah sorry clumpy, I was talking about the op's car. I know Mics car quite well, I happen to have the wheels that were on Bills car before Mic bought it back minus the wheels! This forum is inbred!

    The POTENTIAL of the 2 cars would make me choose the TT. If I wasn't going to mess about with either, then I would probably choose the E46. But then half the local "council" idiots drive around in them and that is enough for me to choose the hairdressers car.
