Try the vw classic website, they may have the panels available, but they will be new and will cost a few quid unfortunately but you can't get better!

Cool, good one on calling the hospital! There is a difference between "titanium" rings from the high street and the real deal from motorsport. :-) I wouldn't trust myself so ended up with nice soft platinum :-) scratches easily though :-(
-
I doubt the eye end is titanium. They don't use it on aircraft where weight and fatigue resistance is important. Probably an aluminium alloy of some sorts. If you do any type of manual job, titanium rings are I'll advised as if you were to ever injure your hand to the point where a hospital needs to remove your ring, they lack the expensive tools to cut through titanium.

No, not had a quote from you before, at least notin the last 4 or 5 years, or on this car, or at this address! I'm literally only after a ball park figure. As I say, the car won't be on the road for a few months at least so by calling you up, I will just be wasting your call time and I appreciate you are all busy guys there.

Corrado Part Duex - 24V Aqua Blue - She's gone.

Another day goes by and in between the showers I managed to fit some new suspension! I managed to get hold of some Weitec Ultra TX's which are a shock and spring 40mm combo. Looks good and lowers the car to a height that I think works for every day use. No pictures as it went dark, so I'll try and get some tomorrow! -
My final attempt to make a working car! 3.2 24v Rado

How many people on here have a 24v Corrado these days! It's must be one of the best things you could do to reinvigorate a rado! -
I bought my Corrado with PayPal. But it was over eBay, it was a non roadworthy shed and it was 'only' £800.
-
Each? Ouch! Why are they so good?
-
Actually sold!

I love this car. Bit weird as I normally don't like silver cars!
-
Provisionally sold.

For Sale: Very Very good condition Audioscape door pods with Rainbow W 165 SLX Speakers. Comes with complete fitting kit. No longer in production. Kit is for early door cards but can be adapted to fit later vehicles easily. I'll get some photos up this afternoon. Collection preferred from Lincolnshire, LN4, but can have a courier arranged at buyers expense. £145 Not in any rush to sell them and if they don't go, I'll fit them to mine :)

Aye, I bought a 10 quid eBay job and it's been fine for years, only have just replaced the original battery. Mine has an optical and USB port but never use that!

Exactly how I do it. Most multi meters have a 10amp rating so switching on low current stuff won't harm but as said above, not worth risking the fuse in the multi meter unless you have spare.

Glad that got it sorted :-)

Headlight uprated looms, possible different solution.

Good idea, I've got micro relays all attached to one plate and inside a waterproof container. Similar idea but no drilling of oe equipment reqd. -
If I PM'd you some details Martin, could you quote me a rough figure please? It's not due out of my garage for a few months yet!

Tinted ones are cool, putting tint over mirrors, not so cool.
-
You're better of smearing crap over your mirrors, that will reduce glare and visibility just as well. *the opinions of this poster are solely his and do not necessarily reflect the views of the forum. But in this case...

I like that, will be interesting to see how it looks once fitted and in use :)
