It's not part of the bumper or the chassis. It looks like the rad support. Fairly prone to rusting and decent second hand ones are getting harder to find.

I've got 4 15" BBS RM012 4x100 ET33 alloys that I will be looking to sell towards the end of July. They are currently in Ireland and it would probably be handier for me to sell them there but if there is anyone here genuinely interested in them, I could arrange for postage to the UK. They are in good condition. One of the dishes has a slight kink/flat spot. All centrecaps are present but are over 20 years old so are not mint! If anyone is interested in them, just send me a PM. Hope this is ok with the mods. If not, feel free to remove. Just wanted to see if there was any interest here before I try to sell them at home. Cheers
