There's one in the Bentley, 55.10 and 55.11 - there's no barrel roller in the Corrado. OP - There's also a guide to replacing the levers in the lock so one key fits all 57.18 onwards
-
If you can source a boot lock diagram off the net look to see if there's a barrel shaped roller within the key barrel, then check to see if yours is missing, I've had similar on other VWs
-
Take the door panel off and use the key in the door whilst observing the linkages

I think they just send you the correct shaft and you dispose of the incorrect one.
-
The drivers door will open with a flat battery, so more likely mechanical than pneumatic.

That’s a slippery slope, once viewed as a pile of parts worth more than the sum of the total that’s when the itch to break the car begins. -

You mean asking for £xxxxx, what they sell for is alway a secret. Auction prices are always indicative of value trade buyers will pay, there’s one going through Morris Leslie today -

I’ve never seen a Corrado sell for that kind of money on this forum, always willing to be corrected if anyone has an example? -
All engine breath hence the breather system, if the engine was sealed pressure would build up until something allowed the pressure to bleed off = usually seals or gaskets giving oil leaks.
-
Piston no1 is cleaner due to head gasket failure, the coolant steam cleans the piston crown. Oil in the inlet manifold will be from blowby past the piston rings via the breather system. The valve stems will be caked in carbon too.

But he’s going need room for the welding torch to weld a new one in?
-
If there’s no room for the drill how are you going to find room to weld a new one on?

Mines the early style pump, the internal rubber mounts dissolved and the pump would move around allowing the swirl pot to drain making the car lose power on left hand bends and especially roundabouts. When you're paying garages to fit parts fitting the complete unit would be cheaper than stripping and rebuilding the swirl pot. non genuine pumps wont necessarily fit standard swirl pot either.

I had rainsports on a Golf 8 years ago, the sidewalls when removed from the rim were very flimsy in comparison to most similar tyres, go to a tyre place and ask to handle them and compare.

I saw it on the sprint, he got through lots of clutches because it was used hard. It had syncro running gear rather than haldex?

Mike Truluck of Jabbasport built a 20v g60 4wd mk1 scirocco many moons ago, maybe he can answer your question?

If you fit new rings you need to at least hone the bores for a perfect seal

Furniture clinic are a UK based company with a good reputation, why make the statement above if you're in New York?
