That was me. :) Just been to VW to get the last of the bits before I strip it apart this weekend. Glad I am still considered a "youngish bloke" at 33. Did happen to have my Mum with me as well LOL.

The rebuild parts collection is growing now. All genuine new OEM parts ready for when all the bits come back from the powder coaters... Rear beam bushes Rear discs Rear pads MK4 rear calipers (will be stripped and rebuilt) Rear Brake shields Rear bearings Rear bias valve Front wishbone bushes R32 front wishbone (rear) bushes Front Lower ball joints Braided hoses Front top mounts and bearings Rear top mounts And One of Dave16vs short shifters :) I am sure there is more but that is all I can think of now... Heres a pic of some of it, just for the pic whores I am going to be busy :) -

II have been getting a few requests to do another group buy of these mounts so I am going to offer up another. I ended up slightly out of pocket on the last one for various reasons so I will have to charge a bit more this time for the set of front and rear inserts. But its still a bargain IMHO as a complete set of front and rear mount inserts including all the parts listed below, delivered to your door would be £64. - Front mount upper polyurethane insert - Front mount lower polyurethane insert - Front mount stainless support disc - Front mount high tensile stainless steel cap head bolt - Rear mount upper polyurethane insert - Rear mount lower polyurethane insert - Rear mount stainless support disc - Rear mount high tensile stainless steel cap head bolt I will start a new list so please let me know if you want to be included. I need a total of 25 to allow me to buy the quantities to get this price. I will need payment upfront as usual and I would expect once we have the full 25 or so it would be 4 weeks max before delivery. They absolutely transform the engine movement without any noticeable increase in cabin noise/vibration. The uprated mounts you can buy seem ridiculously expensive for what they are so this is a very cost effective alternative. The original one is still installed and working perfectly in the car under Vicks ownership some 7 years later This is the old group buy for reference. http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?59269-Polyurethane-VR6-front-and-rear-engine-mounts-inc-Fitting-Guide&highlight=renshaw Let me know if you are interested. Was nice to get this yesterday. Not sat and read it yet, but the pictures look nice :) Jay -
If I was staying over night I would love to as I hate sitting in hotels twiddling my thumbs when I am away on business and would much rather pop round to a Rado nuts house and chat cars over a brew. Today was just a one day trip for a quick meeting though.

Exactly. It's about as perfect an exhaust as I could have hoped for. Update: dropped the wheels and all the bits at the powder coaters this morning and have sourced some MK4 rear calipers too. Jay -
Excellent idea. Would actually be really good for anyone who travels around and has free time to do it. I am in Bristol tomorrow from Manchester and back. Jay
