Nice- think a black leather interior really suits red Corrado's 8)
-
easypops, looking good, mate. Nice colour.
-
It's got a pretty special interior too ;)
-
Cheers guys! Can't wait to pick it up 8)

Well, been doing a little wheeling and dealing to replace the valver. Have just paid a deposit on this little beauty- special thanks to Daves16v for thousands of pics and a detailed report! You're a star! More pics and details to come shortly ;)
-
Sorry to hear this, mate. Hope you get it all sorted soon!
-
Seen these on ebay, any good-There cheap but so am I!

They may be OK, but you defo get what you pay for with suspension. If you go for them and they're rubbish, that's £200 down the drain. Personally I'd save up until you can get some Konis, Weitec, FK's etc. -
Suggestions for a new car please - decision made see pg3

Nice choice, Phil! Love the Cupra R, especially with those double spoke alloys 8) -
Does the fan come on at all? If so, what temp does it come on? Try changing the rad fan switch- cheap and easy to do.

That's crap :( Happened with my black VR at work- somebody left blue paint on it... looks like blue on yours too... IT MUST BE THE SAME PERSON! Seriously though, there can't be that many cars of that particular colour at your work- go and have a good look around the carpark, and when you find them, make 'em pay! :2gunfire:

Phil, have you driven the vRS yet? -

Defo the vRS  You'd be staying VAG, but it's a bit different + quicker/sportier than the rest! -
It is very fiddly! You need to remove the bolts for the pas pump bracket. Think there are 4 in all. You remove one from above, and the others from below. You'll work out which ones they are when you get under the car. The worst one is situated next to the stat housing and is difficult to get at- I couldn't get my one off, after successfully removing the others. When they're removed, you just move the bracket out of the way and take the stat housing off etc.

With Struan on this one. Get a second hand one, or do it on insurance (provided you have protected no claims and your excess isn't too steep).

The M Coupe is a fantastic car- would love one. What about a Monaro or a 350Z?
-
Impressive stuff! Hate that new guy! He hasn't got a clue about cars, and the stupid flirting with VBH- they're both totally irritating. Liking the new TT, although finishing the day in the pub to discuss the cars is rather like Top Gear...
-
 Those readings are high! Mine kept failing cos it kept getting 0.31-0.35% CO. It eventually went through OK. Notice how the second reading was lower? Definately give it a damn good thrashing (30 minutes) with quarter of a tank of super with some injector cleaner (enough for a full tank of petrol), immediately before the retest. Prob lambda or knackered cat. Brake pipes not too expensive- had mine all done recently and they weren't too pricey.

Worth spending a bit more on a Carbonio or BMC, rather than a K&N, Green or the like tbh. If you haven't got the cash, a K&N panel filter with the airbox snorkel removed would be better than the induction kit imho. As VR6 says, do a search as it's been discussed loads

Just got a quote for £300 for the C, and £325 for the vRS- all mods declared. Very pleased with that! My renewal quote with A Flux is £440 for the C! The best I could get from Confused.com was £340 for the C. Looks like it will be Admiral then.

What month and year were 2.0 16v corrados discontinued
CazzaVR replied to emiri's topic in General Car Chat
Yep, you can, although there don't seem to be too many about. -
Love 'em. Look really mean in black with the double-spoked alloys 8) Considered one before we got the vRS, but they weren't quite big enough.

Should I buy this engine? 9a Bubble block 2.0 litre 185 bhp.
CazzaVR replied to RobMulvey's topic in General Car Chat
Phil K is getting his 9A swapped over to KR management- may be worth dropping him a PM  -
Worst thing some has said about ur Corrado

One of my work mates once told me she wouldn't look twice at my car because it's old... she drives a TT :cuckoo: -
what are your perfect wheels for a 'Rado and why? Disc
CazzaVR replied to vwdeviant's topic in General Car Chat
Borbet C's VR6 Speedlines Most BBS wheels! -
Get the WUR modded by Stealth + 9A bottom end. Did the Power Boost do anything? Expensive stuff- is it worth it?
