Yeh, try the search :) Try and do it yourself- will cost a stupid amount of money to get it done professionally. Just find all the part numbers and instructions in the search, set aside a whole day and get a mate along to help :)

Both well under 2k. Personally, I'd carry on looking :? Out of all the C's, a FSH is absolutely vital on the G60 IMHO.
-
Yep, sounds like the Supersprint one... start saving!
-
Big exec cars: BMW's, Jags, Mercs- most of these guys seem to think they own the road- always trying to intimidate other drivers with their tailgating etc. They think they have some sort of divine right of way. To$$ers!

Yesterday Black VR6 in Tankerton. Nice clean car with silver VR6 badge on front. Reg- M666.

... or remove the carbon canister and route the ducting in from underneath, with the front end of the tube fixed to the 'lower grille'. Have a look at http://www.greenfilters.com -they do loads of universal air feeds etc.

Welcome! Got yorself a good 'un there!
-
Go get it Jim! That interior is something special. As others have said- if at all possible try and run the two side by side for a bit- then decide which one you want. £2.5k is an absolute steal, and if you end up deciding to keep the G60, just swap the interior over and sell the VR6 on. This is too good to pass up, mate!

Dark blue G reg with phat rims and FK or In-pro tail lights parked outside Kwik Fit in Leigh Green/Eltham area of London New Year's Eve.
-
Sounds like he's been well had! 2K, 2.5K if he's very lucky. No history, MOTs etc is a big no-no for any Corrado, and it's obviously been clocked too...

Dark blue C heading westbound on the M4 after lunchtime today- think it was near Slough. I was going in the opposite direction :)
-
This sounds like a good solution! New amp from VW is over £50, and the one from GSF has different plugs (why sell an item for the C that isn't even compatible?!! Grrr...). Bought one off Ebay the other day and my FM reception is quite a bit better, but there is still no AM/MW. Gonna get myself a soldering iron and try this method out. Is the signal wire the thin one? What does the metal button inside the cone look like- is it the bit that the aeriel screws into the other side of? Cheers Dancing Fish!

Getting married in May :D

Neil, PM me your address so I can send it :) Probably will be a few days as it's Christmas
-
Good news- what a relief :D

Would be better to have the snorkel fitted, otherwise the engine will take in some hot 'engine air'. Anyone know if the snorkel off a 16v will fit the G60 airbox? If so, I'm sure I have one spare knocking around somewhere you can have free. Let me know.

Samm, here ya go :)
-
Just checked- 5.7 seconds!
-
:? samm_cvr6, the old EK9 Type-R (not VTI!) was better than the new shape model that replaced it. It was JDM only, so the only ones here are imports. They're extremely rare- I'll try and find some performance figures but think 0-60mph is less than 6 seconds!
-
Nice one Dave :D That's a cool pic- already got it (- the writing) in black  as my desktop :)
-
These people are just unintelligent idiots who don't have a clue what they're talking about. As others have said, it's not all about 0-60mph- that's not 'real world' driving! My 1.6 VTI had a 0-60mph of around 7 seconds dead, but I remember being destroyed by a Polo TDI once   Got caught in the wrong gear and out of VTEC. What use is 170 BHP when you've only got 113 lb/ft torque? Only comment I agreed with was about the EK9 Type-R. Best hot hatch ever. Period. Shame they didn't sell it here :(

 That truly is the worst ice install I've ever seen. Bet he thinks it's the dogs!
-
Yeh, nice and subtle. Reckon you'd need to colour code it all ice gay though to go with the rest of your car
-
Checked this morning- mine does it too! :?

alby, that's a very good price for H & R's- where from?
