So who's red valver did I just see in the grey hound car park in ash?

Guys, I'm just in the process of sorting out my rear number plate light and I want to replace the 3 bolts with stainless but am having trouble working out what to buy. In ETKA it says ST3 9X13-F would these be ok?
-
Probably not likely is it? I think it's up lighters in the pavement?

And it has a much better back catalogue!! -
Spotted 2 this evening on my way to the cinema, first one as I was driving past Dominoes in Farnborough at about 8.10pm, and second when I got to Camberley on the Frimley Road near the Esso garage about 10 mins later. Was dark and I was driving the other way so can't say what colours they were etc.

Finished polishing the bonnet, so that's both wings and bonnet done now. Also primed my number plate light cover replacement and put some paint on the rear badge (going body coloured). Not sure what's next, more polishing and painting I think.

Haha that's awesome, three owners in one place (ok so it took 4 years but u'know) -
Seen 3 today :) Red Rado by Fairoaks airport at about 4.30pm, gave you a flash but I was in my Clio. Think I got some horns in return  Also saw a dark green VR6 in Walton, although the guy driving looked a bit older so may not be a frequenter here. And saw a Blackberry this morning but can't remember where

Hey Jamin, your Corrado is looking lovely. Thumbs up from me bud!

I'm pretty sure it's just luck. Haven't met someone that hasn't done it at some point tho.

This week so far I have bought a battery charger and charged the battery. I have also got one of the locking wheel nuts off, but now it's stuck in the remover tool. Should get the other one out tonight :) Then I can get new front tyres. I have also cleaned the melted babybel skin from out of the rear ash tray, and purchased some leather cleaner and protector. I also managed to break the contacts off the heating element on the passenger wing mirror (I'll leave the drivers side well alone!) Hoping for some good weather this weekend so that I can continue correcting the paint, so far passenger door, both wings and most of the bonnet are done. Hoping to get the front 'half' of the car finished this weekend. Also need to order some paint, so that I can spray the badges up and a scuff on the front bumper. Didn't feel like I had done much, but now that I have written it down, it feels like I have accomplished much more

That's an April Fools joke, right?.........right????

I don't own one but heard that the Renault 1.9TDi is an engine to avoid. I believe it comes in various flavours, from about 2004 onwards.
-
Well I paid £500 for mine......granted I got a bargain, but I decided I had wanted one for years, having previously only owned 2 french cars :gag: , and that even if I had a catastrophic engine failure, it would be cheaper for me to fit a new engine (fancy an R32 conversion) than the amount it would cost to get any of the other cars I would really like to have.

It always makes me sad reading these kinds of threads. I only got my VR in February and haven't even driven it yet, spent the last 6 months tidying it up, time/money permitting. I always get a little bit sad when I see ppl have C's in better condition than mine, and they are thinking of scrapping them :|

I'm in for a group buy, my gaitor and knob have had it

I have mine but it isn't in there. Didn't know about the boot thing, I'll be having a look tonight! Thanks!

*Gets in his uninsured VR6* See ya there!

I have fitted some smoked side repeaters, really smartens the car up - orange is such a horrible colour. Also bought tinted headlight covers and a badgeless grille which I'm still undecided about. I really like the standard grille with either a black or silver badge: Sorry it's so dirty! These are some of the many scratches I am going to have a go at: The start of the heater matrix job: More soon!

Update time. Haven't done anything major yet, but have been pulling things off/buying new bits. Side strips coming off: I did loose a bit of paint in a couple of very small areas :censored: Rear wiper removed: Badges off, going to colour code them: perished rubber:
