valver is taxed! cannie wait till 5.30 tonight swings & roundabouts though as dropping the VR off to have the slight oil leak when running looked at but also taking advantage of it going in & having the bridgestones swapped over on to the refurb'd black speedlines does anyone know the diameter of the speedline centre caps pls? i might look into some alternative centers for the black wheels

you could try just copying the URL from the address bar when you're on the page. i think it would then ask other people to 'log in to view' when they try to go to that link i have tried searching for the VW corrado chat you mention but it doesnt bring any results edit - found it - fb said there were zero results on the search but i then saw a post which mentioned it....linky.... https://www.facebook.com/groups/VwCorradoChat/?fref=nf

they are even more expensive at VW Heritage but they are brand new the cheapest i can find is this one on a buy it now: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-CORRADO-EARLY-STYLE-FRONT-GRILL-WITH-BADGE-GENUINE-VR6-G60-16V-8V-/261822999953?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3cf5dded91 FYI i had put a wanted add on here when i was after one but it wasnt very fruitful, hence i picked one up off ebay i paid £40 for mine which had all tabs intact, the center VW badge & the 16v badge

i got a 7 slat one from ebay a few months ago there were a few which had broken clips etc which you are not concerned about - try there m8
-
cool thanks Jim if it is a catch can does that imply you have to periodically empty it?
-

ha ha i thought i did "looking at the ford invoice it shows 7364573 & was £32.50+vat" there you go EJ :) may as well replace it with the correct part rather than a bodge or a fix which will cause you more work IE cleaning
-
let me check my build thread EJ, i might have put it in there
-
EJ - you can buy the PCV valve itself from Ford & they are nice & cheap IIRC - one of the galaxy's uses the same part dont go to VW as they try to sell you pretty much the entire air intake section
-
thanks not looking forward to the bill but very much looking forward to getting the motor back
