I didnt like watching that at all, the drivers wheel collapses under the floor,the dash and steering wheels thumps the drivers chest,face and arm. Terrible !

the oil leaking could be just dripping on the exaust at the front and burning? check and see it could just be the rocker gasket.

Thats a new one to me. a lot of euro truckers come over here and get away with allsorts and the Uk truckers are probably the most over regulated industry in the uk. all these rules are supposed to be Euro wide and yet each country oversees them in differantly vast ways. chubbz

Ditto No leccy windows to Faff up no leccy sunroof to scrape and say when selling ' they all do that !' Smart arses call it poverty spec,it just depends how you view it. By not having a sunroof and wind up and down windows you have just removed most of the problems with a corrado. well a 16valver anyway !

Hi Andy, for Corrados I think is there no better colour. Personally I look forward to the pictures with new bumper fitted. chubbz

Its normally a free retest if it doesnt leave the site or repaired by the garage. You can buy Bosch wipers in single packets,just get two with the spoiler ! I just put some meguirs detailer on the windscreen even the old wipers remove the water regardless without streaks etc :-) Lupos on Order :-D

Sadly its easier to get a car written off if your down south as labour rates are higher,Its widely known up here that insurance companies send cars up here to be repaired to avoid writing them off. I phoned Vw customer services last week,give the reg number or chassis number and they will say a corrado storm... well they did to me last week. Re Hgvs ( and soon to be vans and 7.5 tonners) They are limited and are designed to stop accelerating at 56mph,unless its a willi betz motor where anything goes ( be warned ) its just Trucks with bigger horseys have more grunt on the hills,thats how they scramble quickly for the outside/middle lane,as the vehicle in front of them looses momentum. You shouldnt see Lgv drivers in the outside lane on a 3 lane or more motorway etc. Its simple enough keep to the left and when joining filter into traffic when all drivers do this it would eliminate undertaking and other unlawful moves. Fast cars dont worry me ever,I worry about grandads in their rovers,caravans ( being pulled by a fiesta or somthing underpowered) and sorry but this is true girls in corsas texting on the phone and fag in the other hand. I pity anyone who has endured spagetti junction at rush hour, there is a lorry tax for Uk,thats how half the movements are now done by foreign trucks. depending on the model,some had non return valves fitted so they wouldnt drop so much coolant in the cabin. well not straight away anyway ! but it was a mod done as a recall so some obviously wouldnt have had it done. give it a few days before you get the wet carpet syndrome.

Its true corrados used to be classed up here anyway driven by ladyboys. It was lost when drug dealers started using them in the mid 90's. chubbz
