The heater is controlled by cables (just like mk2) It can be the cables, or the clips that hold the cables, or the flaps.... You never know, until you take it apart and check... Sorry not much help but mine is like that for 6 years now.

Did you find it? Let us know

Cant really help you.... If you installed every thing ok then you going to have to ajust one side.. Last week installed coilovers on a passat and a golf 4 and the same thing happened, checked everything and in the end we had to ajust that side only

Audi Quattro 1/11 remote control model 1983 valuation?
floppyman replied to OSV's topic in General Car Chat
The earliest Tamiya models, particularly the early off roaders, are now highly sought after by vintage R/C collectors and can fetch prices of up to US$3000 on internet auction sites if still in mint, unbuilt form.(source wikipedia) Depends on the make... But the hardest part is finding the right buyer If you want to sell it just put it on ebay for a large amount of money and make it open to offers -
Ok... Then slide the sunroof back and poor water where the pipes are... It has to be the pipes.... Cant think of anything else
-
The best way is to have some one poor water on the roof and you sit inside and check... Since the roof linning is out it should be pretty easy to find
-
Maybe the trothle body is a little bit open..... Check the dashpot, might not be letting the tb close

Years ago ive spent days and days trying to fix the sunroof on my g60.... Still the same... The best thing to do is buy a repair kit from vw and replace the mechanism... Its a bit of a job, done it on the vr6 2 years ago and its working great... Ill get you the part number if you want but be ready $$$...
