Ah :( Useless sods :( Hopefully you manage to pick up a freebie from someone then! :)

Yeah - it was REALLY firm. Though it's possible they'd adjusted the suspension to make it as good on the track as possible rather than making it road friendly! It was an epic car... I'd love to go back and drive it again! Supercar performance, Golf GTI price! :)

That looks like RobyD's old car..... :) Welcome to the forum. Some pics here but he blanked out the plate on most of them sadly so hard to confirm: http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?3236-Rob-s-16V/page4

Never driven the Gallardo yet but did drive the Murcielago.. it was pretty terrifying because it was so huge and it REALLY went when you put your foot down. They always said that the Murcielago was much more easy to drive and less likely to bite you because of the Audi involvement - if that's the case then I bet the Diablo was absolutely terrifying!

They are really cheap!

Looks like there's a MK2 Jaguar going to be on this series which is excellent news.. can't wait to see that as my dad has a Daimler V8 250 (basically the same car). Wheeler dealers is a bit cheesy and glosses over some of the details but really given the total lack of motoring TV shows out there, I think it's pretty good and they feature some nice cars. And there's no doubting Mike Brewers enthusiasm :)

This is sort of the point I was trying to make. I dislike the notion that says EVERY person why buys an Apple product is a sheep and buys it purely because it's an Apple product. It's entirely possible to just buy the products on their own merits and not be suckered into replacing your phone EVERY year and buying the latest version of every expensive product they produce. And that's sort of the point I was making about the convenience of syncing media, etc. It just does it quite well and painlessly and if you're not super technical then it's easy. My work phone is a regular iPhone 4 and it works just fine and doesn't feel out of date at all.. does everything I need, does Exchange email really well compared to how Android handled it, and lasts really well too battery wise. On the flip side of that I've no real interest in any other Apple products... I have a really old iPod Nano which I never use because it means using iTunes, and I have a Mac Pro (Dual G5) that I took home from work as it was getting scrapped.. that's about it.

I don't tend to like many aftermarket alloys but they're honestly the absolute mutts nuts - they look amazing on a Corrado!

The GTR gone now then? Must have been tough letting it go!

Ok. You win. I can't bring myself down to your level. I won't bother trying in the future.

You simply can't generalise like that I'm afraid. For all the things that Apple are hated for, they also do lots of things well. I know a lot of people who are pretty die-hard Apple enthusiasts (but not quite the frothing at the mouth, standing outside an Apple store to buy a new product for 2 days type enthusiast) and whilst I'd say that none of them are especially technical, then it goes to prove that they make good technology accessible to a wider audience than perhaps other products have enabled people to, in the past. I don't know, for example, of any other company that has such a complete eco system for collecting and distributing media (be it photo's, purchased music & movies, etc) across all of your devices. Apple have that nailed. If you have an iPod connector in your car, and you have several iAppliances, you're well sorted for syncronising your music and stuff across those devices and having access to it all wherever or whatever you're using. The Apple stuff isn't for me any more but seriously - stop being so short sighted.

Indeed - a claybar will also lift that crap out of the corners too :)

I suspect none.

for sale Blackberry VR6 for £4500 in sutton coldfield, west midlands
Jim replied to KADVR6's topic in Cars for Sale [Corrado]
Can only reinforce Karl's comment about the paintwork on this.. it's absolutely fantastic. Good luck with the sale mate. -
I've actually been really surprised at how good the service is in terms of signal strength, etc. I get HSPA available far more than I ever did with Vodafone... they sucked! :|

But £20. For a year. I'll live with slightly poop customer service for that price.

I recently switched to a SIM only deal with Three. 12 month contract.. £10 a month for 300 minutes / 3000 texts / 1GB internet. The extra bonus was I got £100 cash back through QuidCo so it's costing me £20 for a years mobile phone contract. Leaving me free to go and buy a SIM-free handset whenever I want :)

Was reading that earlier - something I've been thinking for quite a long time so I'm glad the tech pundits are starting to feel the same way!

£90 seems fair to me! It's not exactly a quick job especially if there are seized bolts.

Definitely Flash Red.. it always looks orange under street lighting :D
