  1. Someone has uploaded the whole ep to YouTube already: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XrbzSa7g2Qo I'll watch it tonight as this engine cleaning sounds interesting! :)
  2. Was a bit slow for me this morning for a few minutes but seems back up to full speed now! :)
  3. Never used Dave's other stuff but the door handle repair kit should earn him godlike status alone! Have always appreciated your efforts for the Corrado community mate!
  4. Dear god!! That spoiler is DREADFUL! :|
  5. If I'm seeing you at a show in the coming weeks (Stanford?) I could pop into Birmingham and get some wheels dropped off with them if you could leave them with me for a while? Would help save a fuel bill.
  6. I have heard them mentioned a few times on various local forums mate and have contemplated going to them for a wheel refurb in the past given their location! Be interested to know how you get on if you brave it! :)
  7. Watched the M5 episode of this series but have so far failed to watch the rest. Only made me want one even more!! :)
  8. Shame you couldn't make it Purple Tom but will be good to catch up David - it's been a while :) Locked.
  9. This is a UK forum. We're almost all in the UK on here!
  10. You mean like this mate? It was the perfect combo in terms of basically saying "screw you" to everyone else! One I spotted when visiting 2cc down in Wiltshire last year!
  11. I played a heck of a lot of Diablo II - so can't wait for this :)
  12. Yep.. The McLaren F1, Mercedes McLaren SLR and McLaren MP12-4C all have spoilers but I think they're pretty much for braking and stability under braking. The Porsche Carrera GT has one too of course but that's just like a tall picnic table that rises out of the back of it :)
  13. I believe it's temperature operated. So remains closed whilst the car is warming up to trap the heat in and then opens up once up to temperature.. the same system that the Porsche 928 has :)

    Best Mod

Cheers, Baz :) Best mod for me on my current car is either the TT wipers (what a difference) or the 288mm brakes - they are like throwing anchors out of the windows compared to the 280mm's!
  15. Dedication aka "condition" :) :)
  16. Sounds like you need to get one bought so that you can do the forum a favour and let us know if it fits. If it doesn't, sell it for what you paid for it, and move on! :)

    Koni adjustment knob

PM me your details and I'll stick one in the post for you. I have no Koni's so have no use for it any more :)
  18. Hah! I have a terrible memory! :) To be fair that was 5 years ago!
  19. The built-in immobiliser problem is pretty easy to detect as the symptoms are always the same. The car will start and run as normal, for about 1-2 seconds and then just cut out. The trick that Chris has posted on page 2 about how to clean it with WD40 is all you need. If you are getting the above behaviour, it is definitely the immobiliser causing your problems!
  20. Ditto. First time in all my years on here and the CCGB that I've ever heard of this! Can't have been properly secured?!
  21. Christ.. that won't be cheap! :) Look forward to hearing about it all going on and seeing the finished article :)
  22. Some mental sounding cars in there! Is that like some kind of hill climb type event then?

    ht leads

I've replied to you on the Corrado Club forum on this subject mate :)
  24. And take a change of pants. It's a strange sensation being in a Corrado that goes that quickly!
