I wonder if theree is a way we an order the fan plug and use that instead of the spades to make a standard looking plug that will be sealed from the elements

Yep bora Chris your right been running a set of sixteen inch speedlines for about three years now , made the center bore 1 mm bigger and run 20mm spacers all round they sit well

No its not just you , i bought a second hand rear light lense so i could spray them all read and it arrived with a chip in it and a crack , the item was described as perfect with no chips or cracks !! So i complained and another was sent this arrived last week and with a crack in the black plastic ! Not the lense this time , iv given up now and bought one of purple tom off here so hopefully it will arive soon

Mate iv never turbo'd a car but im sure lilfuzzer on here had the same problems with stalling on his self built vr turbo , now i could be wrong but im sure he fitted something called a petentiomiter or something !! I could have spelt that wrong but you get the idea ! From what i remember him telling me it tells the car a few little lies and stops stalling and cutting out issues by basically lying to the car Not sure if you knew that but any helps better than none mate so might be worth a try

Nice work man whats the deal with the sensor ?? And im planning on using a mk4 metal head gasket , do you know what gains are actually there to have , the only reason i was going to do it was to see what the out come is , as iv read a few different reviews on doing it

Yep you are annoyingly clever at everything vr6 but like most on here iv learnt a fair bit from your gassing and usually listen to what you have to say basically because you have done it all Get a bmc stuck on and enjoy it for what it is mate

What tou want is a decat and a straight through piece of pipe to a back box !! Sounds pretty good through the old twistys when you have grass verge and bushes holding all the sound in , it also come in handy for scaring old women ! If your in to that kind of thing Seriouse though , a bmc will get you the sound you need and the filtration you want if a k and n doesent do what you want , dave16v does a nice stainless bracket and im pretty sure that the bmc is about the only filter that is tried and tested to give more power , i think stealth did a rolling road test but i could be wrong

Nothing wrong with bm's id love an old e30 325 skidder , gonna do one after the corrado is built me thinks , on the parts side they are totally **** , every time i ring vw i get told ...... Not available , obsolete , cant be arsed to look for said part cos im to busy trying to not help you
