don't get me wrong i love my lodies but some of them truly believe us young ones owe them some kind of favour, i got up this morning went out to my car (private car park) so know everyone who parks there to find the old boy parked right next to my c opened the door not only dented it but removed a load of paint :mad: so you can imagine my anger only had the a week so i sent my girlfriend to get him (to angry to talk) and he came out and completely denied knowledge and IT WAS'NT ME so i asked for the keys and opened the door to find it match my new paint work perfectly still IT WAS'NT ME he's 82 and got a stick what am i supposed to do (other than saw his stick into) oh and to top it off it's a faded light blue sierra ( i F****** hate fords) got a qoute from a local guy and the whole door has to be done and it's gonna be a oner unbelievable i tell ya what a start to the weekend oh he's gonna pay there is no way i'm paying for it no matter how old, if it's not jealosy it's stupidity whats a guy gotta do!!!

i'll soecond that my vr will drop very quickly to around 6 when started from cold and i live in town so most of time i'm watching my needle drop but once i'm out of town and not giveing it loads i get 28 30 which is better than my 1.8 16v i only got 17 to 23 even on a run bizarre but true happy motoring :D

well after chatting to mate of mine who has a 1.8 16v about this thread he infomed that on more than one ocasion he has had and indicated 145 out his valver now i know his speedo could be out, but when he was keeping up with the M3 at the time he said even he was surprised !! it's done 100,000 and a full stainless on it but i'm still impressed and he is'nt one to lie whats the point!!!! :D

hi, i'm looking to change my front ball joints on my 93 vr6 does anyone know how much they are and how difficult a job it is, i've got a ball joint splitter and all the tools i think i need any ideas!! :)

just make sure theres history and have a good listen once you've taken it for a drive :D

yeah i should do that !! calling mods can we move this into gallery!!! don't buy a stock vag zorst unless you want to keep it stock i personally don't like them 1 there to heavy and 2 they look a bit small against the rest of the car !!

if you have hit a kirb buddy and your steering wheel is on the skew 100% you need to take it down the garage and get somebody to just take a look do this before you go through the bother of taking the steering wheel off otherwise you'll just end up doing yourself :D

it's a she, and yeah she is lovelly just gotta give her a service and new clutch and hopefully that will be that, for a while at least just gettin some quotes at the momment it's amazing what some so called specialists will try and charge!!! :!: there 17 inch momos and it's a full stainless magnex exhaust :D

i don't have any points but then i only got my vr6 on saturday so who knows :D (touch wood) oh and corozin i have to agree with you dorset and wiltshire have some lovely roads :D

mines a cat bypass magnex too and i would'nt say it makes a huge difference possibly one or two mph, for me anyway, it :D has improved the free-ness across the rev range and obviously the noise is'nt bad either

well i saw 130 (on a private road) yesterday with ease only engine mods are a k&N induction and full stainless exhaust did'nt go for the top cos it needs a service and oil change but like i say 130 at 5000rpm not bad for 10 years old and 119000 miles and i have no doubt at all by the way she got there that 150 is within in reach :D
