+1 Got 3-box (quieter one) Jetex for my VR and it sounds great!

Mk5 R32 REALLY appeals to me, but there are so many other tasty metals in the £10-15K bracket such as E39 M5 etc.... Fortunately I don't have that kind of money so 'spoilt with choices' won't keep me awake at night! :lol:

Love the 993 but would want the turbo. Also I like the E39 M5 but I would want the facelift-model which is not quite 10 yr old. Ditto Z3 M Coupe. So probably: - E30 M3 (20k for a very good one?) - Honda’d Elise if I’m feeling brave. (8k donor car, 10k conversion, rest spent on driver training) - Impreza P1 (15k at most for the best one?) Assuming I get to keep my Corrado of course! Any of the above would leave enough change to have a full rebuild on my Corrado, therefore it’s win-win!

Just read the whole thread... some very tasty and sensible mods there! Headlight loom, cam, remap, renew suspension & new tyres all on my shopping list... Glad you like the B4 + standard springs; been doing homework on suspension but just can’t decide on 'shock + spring' or coilovers. Anyway it’s all academic cos I need to save some £££££ first! :( :) Good work! :salute:

Just a local bodyshop in Sussex. I think the chap grinded it out then treated it with normal filer. He said that the rust wasn’t too bad, otherwise he would have to remove the lower section and then weld new part in. Did a good job at a fair price IMO. I have to say Corrado is one of the very few cars that looks great in any colour. No bias whatsoever! (ok maybe not in pink)

I only just noticed it yesterday when I was cleaning the car. Level is at about half a cm below minimum. Temperature has been fine even when driven hard; no warning light and no visible leak. I’ll keep an eye on it though but hopefully as this thread has mentioned that it’s nothing to worry about. :salute:

Is there a way to disable TC on a standard VR6? By removing fuse (if there’s one for TC)? If so, which fuse? Thanks!
